The location was excellent. It was close to the Vatican, Spanish steps, Trevi fountain. There are nice restaurants near by and a “snack” shop across the street. I eat mostly street food (pizza by the slice, supple’ ). The room was large and comfortable, the Wi-Fi was good, the tv functioned well, and there is air conditioning, and showers are warm.

Some noise during the night as people fumble with their keys to figure out how to get into the rooms. You are given four keys; one for the beautiful, huge front door, one for the hotel door which is up one flight of stairs (there is a gorgeous old fashioned elevator which works perfectly ), another key that I did not use, and a key to the room. There is a learning curve on which key to use..but it is not a big deal.

This location was great! Very close to some of the main sites to see. Our host provided great after-hour directions for check-in. The room was nice and cool upon arrival. We got great recommendations from the hosts and really enjoyed our 2-night stay.

Super clean! Great location, clear information prior to coming. Pleasant and easy host. Nice comfy pillows too!

Sound isolation is not good, but at the same time was not too noisy. The big bed was 2 smaller matresses which ended up moving apart at times.

The location was fantastic, the staff were so helpful and friendly and the room was very clean.

Just a few small things. I would like to have had a face cloth and in the bathroom it would be nice to have bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

B&B has very good location, is clean and cosy, hosts - two ladies - are very pleasant and helpful, there are dishes and teapot avalable for use, also microwave and fridge in common area. Next time in Rome I will stay there for sure.

Amazing location, easy communication with hosts! You don't know which room you will get, but the one we got was quite nice. Good WiFi.

TV wasn't working (not that we needed it), shorter working hours of the reception desk during the summer and a bit noisy surroundings (you can hear other people walking and chatting in the hallway and also there were some construction noise close to the building).

Pamela was a wonderful property manager! She let us check in earlier and leave our luggage in the office after the check out. She was friendly and easy to communicate. The location is great, we almost didn’t use publicly transport. Liked the terrace on the second floor.

We had a great stay, the rooms were clean and had everything one could need. The furniture was a little bit old, but it was no problem and just fit the overall vibe very well! Amazing location, very nice staff. Overall perfect! Thank you!

Nothing worth mentioning!

Personal check in service after regular hours was offered. Convenient and quiet location. Walking distance to most of the tourist spots in Rome and direct bus service to Colosseum.

Could have provided a thicker blanket (but that's personal preference). On last day bath towels and shower shampoo were not provided.

The location is perfect! It’s closed to main attractions, so it was convenient to come back throughout a day. Also they allow us to leave our luggage after check-out, which was very helpful!
