For sure one of the best places to stay in Rome. We had a 5-night booking and it was amazing that every single day our room was clean. It is located in the centre of Rome, just a walk away to every major thing to see/eat/enjoy in the city. Would totally recommend and sure will come again. The staff is like your friend - very open, interested if everything is all right with the guests and gave us the best tips to do in the city.

We really love how big the room was! It had its own closet space and the bathroom was large compared to the other place we stayed while in Italy! It was a 10-minute walk to the Duomo and also a 5-minute walk to the bus station if you wanted to use it. The neighborhood had a lot of small restaurants and though it was next to a pub, we barely heard any noise from them.

AC was kind of a hassle to work with and sometimes would be too low even though it was in a high setting. Then again, it wasn't that big of an issue as we were outside for most of the day.

The bed was made, and towels were replaced each day. All important landmarks are walkable (Colosseum, Pantheon, Vatican). If we ever visit Rome again, we would definitely pick this location.

Good location, friendly staff, they offered me free simple breakfast, nice shower, window with electric curtain for near total blackout, complimentary tea/coffee.

Pretty expensive for what it is, the bed was very hard, tiny TV that didnt work properly, the wifi was weak, the bathroom was very cramped (you had to do some contortionism every time you opened/closed the door) and the walls are very thin. They are not flexible with the cancellation policies, i had missed my flight due to a bus delay and they were insisting i pay the full 8 nights so in the end i booked another flight to no lose all that money.

Very nice, friendly and helpful hosts! Clean room, nice terrace to chill out. The location is great - quiet place in a walking distance to everything in the center (as much as it is possible at all). A good breakfast option in cafe nearby - is to arrange with the host.

Beautiful accomodation!!!! Everything soooo clean!!!!!! Location simply perfect!!! 15min walk to every sight!!!! We were sooo happy with this location!! Thank you so much!!! Breakfast just across the street, with delicious coffee and croissant, and a super nice owner!!!! We also recommand the restaurant: Matteo le Gourmet-it is just around the corner!! Everything was awesome, the location is literally the best in the city, out of the crowds but extremely close to the sights. The host was great, very helpful.

The internet was abysmal, almost non-existent, the host was kind enough to give us access to a different network but even that network wasn't that good. Rome has fiber for 100 euros, this shouldn't be acceptable. Another thing is the aging bathroom, the shower needs a fix up.

The location was very convenient - just one block from the river - a 10 minute walk to Piazza Navona, and to a pick up/drop off spot for the Hop on Hop off buses. The staff was all really friendly. We got a few rooms because we were a big group - the triple rooms in particular were really spacious and nice! The double room was much smaller but still nice. The beds were quite comfy. It's in a fairly old building, even the elevator is from the 1920s.

It's not as modern with the amenities of a hotel, but that's just something to be aware of, it didn't negatively impact our stay at all!

The location was excellent; the staff is very helpful.

Really good people running this place. The location is good and although it is rooms in an apartment we still got a homely feel.

This place is just a bit dated to my taste as I am more used to 4 star hotels and realize that this is not a 4 star hotel so I shouldn't expect but if I come back to Rome I would like to stay there.
