An absolutely exceptional stay. The location was fantastic, just over the river and maybe ten minutes max walk from Piazza Navona. Another ten minutes in the other direction and you were at the metro, and there was an excellent bus stop a few minutes walk away. Rooms were large and VERY clean, beds changed daily and towels whenever needed, and the room came with a little fridge and kettle and an Iron Donatella kindly provided upon request. I also liked that there were small lamps as well as the ceiling light for a variety of lighting options. Had to run the water a little for it to warm up, but once it was warm, we never ran out of hot water. Beds were very comfy! The fridge with water at the front desk for very cheap was excellent. The elevator was a very nice and welcome surprise! We felt very secure in our rooms, and the street was clean and quiet. Donatella answered all of our questions on WhatsApp promptly. WiFi connection was good as well, no issues, and there was a ceiling fan and air conditioning in our rooms that we could control. Nice places for food close by as well. I will be returning to this hotel every time I come to Rome!

My stay was fantastic! The location is truly top-notch – just a few minutes’ walk from the Vatican and St. Peter’s Basilica, with Via del Corso and all of Rome’s main attractions practically around the corner. It was incredibly easy for us to get around and explore the city, even without using public transportation. Donatella, the owner, is always available, kind, and ready to help or recommend where to go and what to see. A true example of Italian hospitality! The rooms are spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean – everything smells fresh and well cared for. The beds are comfortable, the linens perfectly clean, and the bathroom looks brand new. The whole place is peaceful and quiet – we didn’t hear a single noise from other rooms, which was ideal for relaxing after a full day of sightseeing. I stayed with my mom and her friend, and the three of us were absolutely delighted. This wasn’t my first time in Rome, but it was the first time I was this satisfied with the accommodation. From now on, whenever I return to Rome – this is where I’ll stay. For me, it has become “my place in Rome.” The housekeeper was very kind and always smiling, which added to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. They also kindly allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out, as we had a late flight – something we truly appreciated. A big thank you to Donatella for everything! I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and pleasant stay in the heart of Rome. You won’t regret it!

If I could have given this place a higher review, I would have! Everything was just perfect. The location is quiet, safe, clean, and within walking distance to everything Rome has to offer. The beds were comfy, the room was spacious and immaculate and the check-in was smooth. The best part was Francesca, our contact for the property. We had to deal with a cat bite (don't pet the feral cats at Pompeii!) and she was super helpful referring us to a local hospital. She also answered all my many questions about transportation to the property, and then to the airport. The shuttle is very convenient and affordable -- just a five minute walk past the park and a deluxe coach takes you straight there for only 7 euros. I would love to come back to this property, and Rome such an amazing city - my new favourite.

Everything was perfect.

Great location, much quieter than the usual tourist areas. Lovely gelato place nearby. The staff is very friendly and accommodating as well.

The room was a bit dated. Teas and coffees would have been a great addition.

Large room, comfortable bed, great value for money. Quiet neighborhood but in close walking distance to attractions. Plenty of restaurants around. It has a lift which was great for luggage. Buses close by.Metro 20 minute walk. It has a kettle and a fridge.

Not that it was a big deal but the plumbing fixtures and light switches all need a repair

Property was spotless. Very central to most of the attractions. (We walked to all of them). Didnt see the host at any time we were there just the cleaner.altho she was at the other end of the phone at all times. if we had a front room we would of been very satified...

It was self check in. Instruction were clear on phone but you would miss someoneone at reception to ask questions !!.. we were in a back room so we could see very little even what the day was like for example. Had to keep the light on at all times as it was very dark. I wish we had asked for a room at the front of the property

The apartment was very clean, the people working were super kind and helped us with everything we needed. A special mention to Franccesca and her hospitality, she was very careful throughout our stay in Piazza Cavour, she recommended places to visit, and even helped us with the transport to the airport. The location was fantastic, you can walk to every touristic place. Incredible experience. 100% recommendable.

The location of the accommodation is excellent. We were able to reach all the major sights on foot and the "Prati" district is also very beautiful and worth seeing. The room was also very spacious. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. If something was missing or we needed help, we always received it very quickly.

Very central location, 15 minute walk to St. Peter’s Basilica, 15 minute walk to Piazza Navona, 15 minute walk to Spanish Steps and Villa Borghese. Comfortable, clean, refrigerator and air conditioning.

No frills. WiFi connection not great unless you go to the reception area. Felt unsure about communication through WhatsApp.

Location was amazing while staying in Rome. Within walking distance of all major attractions and restaurants. We were able to come back throughout the day for breaks, and didn’t need to worry about using transit. Functional elevator if you are travelling with luggage. Easy to check in and out - Donatella gave us great recommendations and was very friendly. Amazing cafe directly across the street (busy with all of the Italian locals), great to start the day with 2 coffees and 2 croissants for under $5.
