It was easy to check in and check out. Our room was clean and spacious and so was the bathroom which had a large new shower. The beds were clean and comfortable. Air conditioner, television and fridge all worked well. Staff were efficient and helpful.

At the time of our stay the bistro was being renovated so we had to go out for breakfast and other meals, however I realized this was happening soon after I booked the room. We expected there would be some noise in daytime and it was quiet at night. We had a table and two chairs however I think a sofa chair would have been a good addition.

You have to open the shower door to get in and out of the bathroom as the space is so tight and the bathroom door swings right up to the basin sink. The room door locking system is unsafe. It does not auto lock and there is no instruction to suggest you toggle the lock to secure it locked from outside your room. There was also no hair dryer in the appliances provided.

For me, convenient location close to family. It was secure, tastefully decorated and affordable. Rooms situated above a pub on a main road but were really quiet, only noise was from other guests banging doors.

Rooms only access by steep stairs. The tv in my room kept dropping signals. Staff very obliging but only available during hotel hours.

Really great soundproofing, we didn't hear the noises from the pub below unless we went outside. A solid basic room that met needs. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful, parking was free and ample.

There was a weird wet spot on the ceiling that made the room smell funky at first, but I believe there were renovations in progress when we stayed so perhaps a fix was in motion. It did get quite warm in the room despite the aircon being on, hot air made it's way in from the bathroom. It was a genuinely nice stay though.

Undergoing renovations & didn’t take kindly to being woken at 7:15am on Saturday morning from work man banging on scaffolding. Even though noise didn’t last long it was too late to go back to sleep. But due to the Reno’s I suppose it’s understandable. I have stayed 2 nights a couple of months ago on the other side of the Reno’s & didn’t hear a thing all stay.

Clean and good size room, plus very friendly staff. There is a restaurant just downstairs, so if you don't want to go out too far, you have a nice place for dinning.

There is an air-con compressor just outside our room window, that'll run on and off repetitively during the night, with quite a bit of noise. If you are a light sleeper I recommend avoiding room 7.

Newly renovated. Beautifully done. Classy rooms. Very comfortable bed.

Was running late for check-in and tried calling but nobody answered. Thankfully when I arrived the venue was all in full swing and staff were friendly and efficient. Might be better to make the check in time available later if the venue is open till late. This was only a minor issue though.

Good sized room, family of 4. Easy parking and close to shops for the essentials. Housekeeping lady was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.

The room was missing a kettle, which is odd given the room has a kitchenette with coffee, tea etc. Bathroom was tiny, but we were only there for 2 nights, so not a drama

loved location. so close or only a short drive from everything we were craving. it was quite very cozy and clean. parking was great, right outside the hotel.

this place was great. Bit of maintenance to some of the items in the room, example the door handle to the balcony was getting stuck when entering and exiting. tv signal didn't pick up. which wasn't an issues as we didn't really need it.

The room was modern, cosy and clean

Every time the guests in the room next to us opened or closed their door it rattled our door and made us jump each time. The bathroom door was also a teeny issue where you had to step into the shower to get around the door to get to the toilet but other than that it was a fantastic stay
