The B&B is very modern with well presented bedroom and bathroom. The property is also very close to the Centrale train station making it ideal option for staying the night before a flight. It was good value and offered a decent breakfast in the morning. The host kept in touch and was easy to contact when needed. Would book again if I found myself staying in Naples the night before a flight.

The location of property is within a building that did not give the best first impression but once within your B&B it was fine with the interior looking like it had recently been renovated. I think this is consistent with most of Naples so wouldn’t let it put you off. The fridge within the room did not appear to be working but as we were only staying 1 night it was not an issue. We didn’t explore the area in evening but were warned about pick pockets for the staff in the nearby shops. Again this is indicative of any city centre close to transport hubs with tourists.

The bed was so comfortable, and the installations were great, super clean and everything in place. A late check in was no problem. Communication was fast and clear. I didn't stay for breakfast, so I can't leave a comment. The place was great.

The neighbourhood is a little questionable if you're walking from the train station late at night, but it was fine. That said, this is the center of Naples, so one has to expect as much. The hotel is very near the train station and there's some really good looking cafes nearby that are open really early. I would absolutely go back and would recommend it .

The host was easy to contact and so helpful when our flight was delayed and we needed to get to Herculaneum straight from the airport so we didn't miss our prebooked tour. He met us at the door downstairs and directed us to the lift. There is a small flight of stairs down to the entrance of the B&B but we didn't have any problems with that. Our room was very well presented with a lovely little balcony and unexpected extras you don't usually find ( a bidet, heated towel railing, lots of hanging space and a simple but delicious breakfast included). It is well located to walk to the old town where there are lots of eateries.

Great location near the main train station and the old city. The area at night isn’t ideal, but it's safe if you stay on the main street. The breakfast was great, as was the room. The owner was very helpful, not just with our late check-in, but also with tips on what to visit and where to eat. On our last day, we had to leave before breakfast time, but he prepared something for us to eat before leaving.

The breakfast was good enough. The room was absolutely clean. The staff was very nice and helpful especially the owner, Massimo. They prepared us an early breakfast when we startarted to visit Capri by ship early morning. Furthermore we got helpful tips what to visit in the city and which restaurants shoud we try.

It was a little bit noisy late evening due to the traffic on the street below.

Lovely and welcoming space - clean and comfortable. Knowledgeable staff who kindly booked us a taxi to the port.

We chose this property due to proximity to the station for convenience when travelling. While it is very conveniently close, the walk between the station and the property is confronting and was at times frightening. I would advise getting a taxi or more direct way to get to the property. Also both times we opened the main door from the building we were approached by random people on the street who suddenly tried to get inside the property. This is not the property’s fault, and we felt very safe inside the property itself.

This was a perfect stay! Located conveniently between the main station and the historic center, everything was easily accessible by foot or by metro or bus. The property is very unassuming from the street but once inside is a beautifully renovated space. Check in was quick and easy, the room was comfortable with great AC, a nice sized firm bed, wifi, and lots of little amenities. They served a wonderful light breakfast complete with a cappuccino made by the staff. We would absolutely stay again! Grazie mille!

Everything was perfect!

Breakfast was a nice continental breakfast with good coffee, room was spacious with a small balcony overlooking the street with ensuite, TV. Complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. Was spotlessly clean. Within walking distance of train station and old area of Naples

Accommodation was difficult to find and external photo on advert isn't entrance - it is a betting shop. Entrance was behind a very large, well worn wooden door which leads into a courtyard where you get the lift up to the accommodation. External appearance is poor and trying to find it is difficult as only very small plaque at the side of the door. We arrived after dark and walked up and down a few times until we eventually found it - not ideal in Naples after dark!

Well-appointed large room with three sets of french doors which open on a wrap around balcony overlooking the street. Just 8-10 minutes walk from Napoli Centrale. Very good modern bathroom and shower. Comfy bed and linens. Good breakfast and very friendly and communicative staff. Highly recommend.

Being on the street means street noise and at night, you'll need ear plugs unless you're used to living in the city.

Comfortable bed, Lovely clean room and bathroom. Very thankful to see there was a lift as my wife and I are both pensioners. The aircon kept the room nice and cool, we did reduce it at night as it got quite fresh. The little breakfast rolls were so nice.

Not much to say here. It might have been nice to see a bit more variety for breakfast. We do like scrambled eggs and some ham and it was just a little bit of salami, prosciutto & cheese but that is really just a small thing.
