The livingroom on the outside. The pub nearby. They arrange an issue that i got with the booking. People were nice the one of a weeding. The town was nice also.
The location, it was 1.5 km away from the buses that depart from the bus station. Never get n15. Because of this i missed the stonehenge tour. The attention of the other people. The one that was on shift when i arrived was ok. They didn't have restaurant working. The bar didn't have many beer options. The garden outside the window was abandoned. They didn't woke me up even when I've asked that. Carpet was stained. Light went out and have to call to be fixed. Bathroom did't have hot water.

?? Not a fact lot because of the experience with 1 pillow each 1 coffee and 2 tebags to share between two people no food served and bad experience with the lighting
Only 1 pillow each no food is served there and was maid to believe different when i was viewing on Google Only i pack of coffee in my room and 2 teabags for 2 people to stay over night most of all when using the switch on the headboard to turn out the lights it blowes the main fuse board and i had to switch it on my at least 3 times and i did report it to reception this morning hope all gets fixed and better stay next time thanks in advance

I had read all the bad reviews and was pleasantly surprised. It was extremely quiet. I had a big ensuite for £48/night. Location was pleasant. Buses from Wolverhampton stop nearby. I slept very well.
It is true that cleanliness is not great. Windows inside have not been cleaned in ages. My advice, put on rota to clean windows inside the rooms once a month. 1 room/month will take 5' per room/month. Bath was dirty with hair of previous occupiers which were quickly flushed. Hairpin on the floor.

We have stayed here a few times previously and it has improved greatly in terms of decor and beds are pretty comfy. Shower is excellent. Good range of beer and lager and reasonably priced, a good pint! We will keep staying here. Highly recommend the Dudley Arms pub, just a 2 min walk away. We paid £58 for a double room and it's great value, room spotless and drinks good.
We couldn't get any of the lights working after they worked initially but reported this to reception who said they would ask maintenance to sort.

I stayed at Himley Country Hotel with my family for one night as the location is gorgeous as I love the countryside being a Yorkshire girl! We booked the supreme family room (4 adults and 4 children), although there are 3 of us anyway, the room was comfortable and clean. Clean beds, clean room, clean bathroom although the shower is very old as old as the building itself. The tap gave cold water as the boiler was very old-fashioned. It took a long time to heat up, and the staff was very helpful and friendly when I asked her regarding the situation. The hotel has a free WIFI and a large car park. I am a coffee lover, which is excellent as the room has a kettle. And a hairdryer was a bonus. I love the location of the hotel. There is a lot to do and see if you're a traveller like myself. Overall, I enjoyed my stay for the price, it's really good. Thank you for an amazing experience, and we hope to come back again soon.
I didn't like that the boiler took a very long time to heat up for it to be used. I was feeling a little spectic that although it said restaurant, it has been closed since Covid-19. Which is a shame! I would suggest bringing your own toiletries as they don't give shampoo, toothbrush, toothbrush etc...

Great value for money in a good location, quiet, comfortable room with a good powerful shower. Overall a good stay with free parking.
The room wasn’t overly clean, some of the fittings could do with replacing (broken bed base, but comfortable enough to sleep in, dodgy taps and a door to an adjoining room that couldn’t be locked from my side was a bit concerning) but overall ok.

It all comes down to price here really, it’s cheap and at the price there is nothing at all to complain about. The room was clean and comfortable, had kettle and tea making facilities which many more expensive places do not. There is no restaurant, no bar .. but again it’s all about the price.
At the price, no complaints

It was relaxing and quiet. Good location
The bed only had one flat pillow each so we woke up with back ache even though the bed was comfy and the bathroom door didn't shut properly. The staff didn't check us in properly and it caused confusion with another customer who entered our room thinking it was theirs.

This is a good hotel for the price you pay , the staff are brilliant, we had a problem with are room buf we was moved straight away and got a complimentary drink 😁
That you couldn’t eat as they had no restaurant open so we had to go to the pub near by , would just have been better to eat at the hotel .

The hotel was ready for me at a moments notice and the price along with the size was very unexpected, but apreciated, the reason for me being there was not very nice, so those happy faces was what I needed.
There was nothing to not like or complain about.
