Bed was very comfortable. Welcomed the extra blanket & pillow and that you could raise the heating as need be. Breakfast buffet was ample and good. Gym & Swim was also good

Not so much did not like - all was manageable. Would have been helpful to know by image layout, the proximity of the accommodation houses to the main reception/dining area, For example Lapwing Hse was closer than Heron Hse and it impacted parking visibility and the walking distance to the Nuffield wellbeing facility. The facility was about 5 minutes but you needed to be fully dressed with everything you wanted as you are walking in the open to reach the facility. Brekkie was good - to improve - one small different item each day would be welcome, like cheese or slice of something. Shelving for juice glasses was also at foot level - most people could not see them and certainly not reach them

Although the rooms appear outdated (they might be), they didn't appear worn down, the furniture still looked fairly new (just a dated style). Rooms are fairly small but for a couple it was big enough. It was clean, and cleaner than some higher hotel brands. There were a couple of areas that could have gotten some closer attention but it certainly nothing off putting. Although the toilet roll is cheap feeling, it much better than Holiday Inn Express! Breakfast was hassle free, had no fries egg's and had to wait 10-15 minutes for them to come out. The pastries seemed to go quickly and they were also very nice, much better than the last 6 hotels in have recently stayed in. The bed for me was a little hard (after 4 hours sleep) and the pillows for me weren't great but I do struggle wherever I stay!

There's nothing really.. As mentioned the breakfast was good but running out of items wasn't so good. We only had one bath towel, but a call to reception and they delivered on to our door within 10 minutes So there are things.. but nothing stopping me booking again soon.

We had a very comfortable 1 night stay, the reception staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful- our room was very clean and comfortable- I recognise some other reviews that say it’s a long way to rooms and a bit confusing but this didn’t concern us but might be an issue if less mobile? Breakfast was busy but lots of tables and space and restaurant staff friendly and helpful- we used the leisure facilities a short distance across the car park and enjoyed the pool, gym and squash. Checking out was easy and again the reception staff were very friendly and helpful- overall a very nice stay and would definitely return if in the area

Good buffet breakfast. Room was 2000-era, no USB outlet (but I had an international adapter). The gym and pool are in a separate building / health club a few minutes walk down a path, and has restricted hours for access, and surly staff there. Hotel staff were great - especially the lady whose first name begins with "E" (sorry don't remember more). There is an onsite laundry room but bring your own laundry soap, dryer sheets etc. The price per night was great (March 2025, off season). I would stay there again.

Vending machine or laundry soap available for purchase from front desk. Noisy youth group neighbours had propped open fire doors for some reason, so more people could hear them down the hallway? A bit hard to find using Google Maps, but a good base for visiting Bletchley Park.

-Very competitive price, good value for what it offers. -swimming pool/spa, and breakfast included in the price. -Great attitude from staff very kind and helpful. -free parking -staff gave me special fob to save a bit of a walk to my room. -water preassure very good and huge shower head -there is a hair dryer in the cupboard found it next morning... -when having breakfast first level could be cold, if you go upstairs it was quite warm and nice, not sure if you can eat there thou.

-Complex is big and could be a long walk to your room. -Matress is old firm and very uncomfortable. -food not served on hot plates so cools down quickly. -swiming pool sauna in another building so take into conaideration when temperatures are cold outside. -room was advertised as 19m2 on booking.com nowere near that it was quite small tbh. -rooms could be a bit dated but this did not bother me tbh.

Perfect for a solo traveller. Staff couldn't do enough to help, well located for where I wanted to be, very comfortable room with a double bed and lovely bathroom. Appreciated the coffee facilities with biscuits too. Having allergies, I particularly liked the Ipad in the restaurant which allowed me to check all the ingredients and staff were very accommodating woth milk alternatives too. I also very much enjoyed the swim and Steam room I used before I left.

Only a couple of small things I believe would make it pretty perfect for a 1N post theatre stopover - actual cold rather than warm water from the cold tap in my room and there was no fresh orange juice for breakfast on the day I was there (And making it easier to find the main light in the room!)

Staff were excellent. We had a noisy room on the first night (Room H102) due to an electrical cupboard nearby emitting a transformer noise throughout the night. The following morning I complained to a member of the reception staff (Erica?) who could not have been more helpful. Offering us a choice of two further rooms we found a quiet room (Room H110) which was perfect.

The common areas could have been cleaner and in a better state of repair. For example the external paths from the car park were moss covered near the entrance to our building and with the rain created a slip risk. Higher areas had an obvious layer of dust (e.g wall mounted tall radiators, wi-if router etc.).

The room was clean and tidy, warm and the bed linen was clean and white. The room was in a quiet part of the building. Car parking was nearby with clearly marked bays. The reception staff were welcoming and friendly.

The bath had a shower over with a hinged screen. The screen was a poor fit on the bath and previous users had let water run down the side of the bath causing the lamination to come away from the bath panel. The string on/off switch for the lighted mirror was broken. The door was a poor fit with a large gap beneath. The room was clearly in need of refurbishment.

The green area around and between the hotel buildings were really beautiful. The hotel was big. I liked the quality of hand wash, and body moisturiser liquids. Breakfast was fairly good, although could’ve had more variety given how big the hotel is.

Water taps in the toilet were still old style hot and cold! Doors were still on physical key/lock (not new card keys / electronic). So had to carry physical key, as opposed to thin cards. My room (standard double) was small. No luggage table.

The room was well equipped and a good size. The facilities were in good order. Breakfast was superb, and nothing was a problem. On the whole everywhere was clean and tidy. The tea and coffee rooms were extremely well catered and no one was able to complain of anything running out.

The place is very large and required much walking uphill and downhill to get anywhere (within the facility). Many things happened up stairs which could have been an issue for some. Not all the lifts were available (perhaps due to maintenance). Finding the place is difficult and requires a sat-nav to get there definitively.
