I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was amazing—spacious, super comfortable, and equipped with everything you could need, including a wine cooler, TV, plenty of storage, and large, stylish mirrors. It felt like a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The breakfast was also lovely, with a good variety of options to choose from on the menu. The location is ideal—close to everything, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The owner was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond to any questions. The self check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, with clear instructions sent straight to my email. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The room location is perfect inside the Diocletian's Palace. Nice and helpful staff. Breakfast served in one of the two small and nice restaurants (with good food) in the small square just outside the room building. Nice atmosphere.

A bit disappointing that a glass of orange juice had to be paid for (i.e. not included in the breakfast).

Perfect location at the heart of the old town. Despite the busy location the apartments are tucked away in a lovely quiet spot with absolutely no noise present inside. The room and bathroom appear to have been recently updated, spotlessly clean and were perfect for what we needed. The outside terrace was also very nice and breakfast at the adjacent restaurant, excellent. Communication with Domina was great, she helped ensure a stress free check-in and out. We would happily stay here again.

Only very small points, instant coffee and black tea provided in the room would have been nice. The room was a little smaller than we thought it might be, but the addition of the terrace made up for this.

The location was perfect, short walk away from most main attractions. Nice little market a few minutes away to buy local produce e.g fruits, souvenirs etc. The apartment was very clean and a good size for two. We were a little worried that it would be noisy at night due to the restaurant right below but we couldn’t hear anything and slept without any disturbance. Would highly recommend including breakfast as the restaurant konoba korta had lovely staff and offered a great breakfast selection. We really enjoyed our stay.

One of tge rooms did not have a fridge which was disappointing. We also found that everything was digital and communication was difficult. The location was absolutely brilliant and the breakfast staff and facility was excellent.

Finding the place was difficult as tge taxi had to drop us nearby and instructed us where to go but we could not find tge place and the tourist information office staff called tge hotel staff ( resturant) who came to find us and took us to the place. Very thoughtful and helpful

This was a GREAT room located in the heart of Split. It was fun to stay inside the palace walls, just steps from everything. The room was comfortable, clean and well appointed. Check in and out was a breeze, with a door code. The included breakfast at the restaurant just outside was excellent and is highly recommended. They were so nice and helpful as we needed to leave early on our final day. The waiter took our order request the night before and had the chef prepare it the moment they opened.

The location directly in old town is what makes this room special. A water kettle was in the room as well as tea and cups. The room was very clean. The little bottles of shampoo and necessities was really appreciated.

I was in room 1, it’s not the owners fault but it was really hard to sleep because at all time there was a LOT of noise. The room isn’t I isolated sound wise so even with windows closed, it felt like people were in my room. Also at 7am the restaurants set up their tables outside so you hear them dragging the tables around the pavements which if you are a light sleeper will wake you up. I also wasn’t feeling really safe as a solo traveler as the main entry was open to all so not my best nights sleep. Also I understand that it’s a B&B but it would’ve been nice to have someone in person when arriving as well as a water bottle in the fridge.

We have stayed in many properties in many places but the Aborda Room we stayed in surpasses all others. Spacious room, perfect location in the Old Town, 2 first class restaurants on our doorstep (see pic), one of which (Konoba Korea) provided breakfast as part of the deal and 10% discount for guests, comfortable bed and best pillows ever, Smart TV, excellent communications from Domina from making reservations until we checked out. As our flight from Dublin was delayed we were so grateful for the reservation she kindly made for us in Konoba Korta as the last available table was waiting for us on our arrival. Thanks Domina for all your assistance, if anyone is heading to Split for a few days I highly recommend Aborda Rooms to you!

If have to write something here it’s having to pay for second coffees when first small coffee was always going to be finished by time breakfast food arrived

We stayed here for one night prior to travelling on to the Dalmation Islands. With hindsight it would have been good to spend more time at Aborda Rooms as the location within the historic city is so good and within easy walking distance of Split's main attractions. We found the hotel spotless, all key amenities were provided, really comfortable (air conditioning worked perfectly) and lovely views from windows to the charming restaurant courtyard. Really good shower and bathroom. The breakfast was amazing and served in the lovely adjacent restaurant. The Hotel is within easy walking distance (15 min) of the Ferry Port and local beach and central to places of interest, restaurants and bars, yet still wonderfully tranquil. Can't wait to return.

Aborda Rooms are very well located for exploring Split as you are located within the UNESCO World heritage of Diocletian's Palace. You are only 5 mins walk from the port area and the main night life strip area. Our room was a high standard, very clean with a fridge, kettle and large TV and the shower was hot and powerful. Our host was always available on the phone and allowed us to store our luggage after we had checked out. Breakfast was served in a lovely restaurant just outside in the courtyard, everything was freshly prepared and the omelette was delicious! We were given great beach towels to use at the local beach.

Aborda Rooms are just rooms - there are no other facilities at the premises. The rooms are not cleaned daily, we were there for 4 nights and our towels were changed once but we were told to just ask and fresh towels would be available. It is ideal if you don't want to meet anyone and you just need a nice room to sleep in but if you are looking for something with a nice reception area with local information then you won't get that here. Breakfast is great and you can have one coffee but it you would like a second coffee or orange juice then that is extra. There is a fridge in the room and it might have been nice if water was supplied.
