Super friendly staff, breakfast buffet and available resources at the hotel such as personal essential items you could have forgotten at home and snacks.

I like the cleanliness the hotel staff keeps, very well kept. Although, there is a scent they put at the reception in the afternoon/evening that is very strong. It made me a little nauseated. Its a nice smell but if they decrease they amount they put it, it would help tremendously. The hotel is starting to look a little out dated, maybe some small remodeling to the hotel will make it look nicer.

The cleaning staff was very professional as well as the 'botones'. The fact that there were some snacks and beverages at the reception area.

The length the room took to cool off. The A/C being too small for the size of the room. The fact that the site offered snacks and fronks yet no emergency handy meds.such as tylenol or pepto bismol nor motrin nor emodium a-d which may come in handy in the middle of night upon being no 24 hour pharmacy or store available.

Very comfortable and clean room. We liked the roof terrace except for outdoor pool had too many pigeons around to use.?The staff was super friendly and helpful. Appreciated the breakfast too!

I have stayed in many a Hotels around the World….. Some charging unbelievable high prices…which the Company paid for….. Yet Roma Guadalajara is by far the best value I have ever had the joy to stay with. The Hotel is in Centro…. Great Location….. Once inside the Hotel, the ambience is warm, welcoming, clean, secure and well maintained. The only thing that is better the room and all that one would expect from a very good Hotel … is the Staff. Professional, warm, welcoming and attentive….. Once the Staff have engaged you…they will remember you with a warm Greeting and Hola. Bien exercise room with a Steam Room! The desayuno is a feast of a buffet with very attentive Servers….

The location was great. It was located downtown where everything was very accessible.

The toilets didn’t have much pressure to flush. WIFi was slow most of the time. Other than these two things all else was perfect.

We stayed 1 night then left our large bags at the hotel and went to Tequila for 2 nights returning to spend a 2 further nights at The Roma. Our first room contained a fridge. When we returned the room offered did not have a fridge. At first they said ‘sorry’ until my wife found a picture of the room we booked showing a fridge. The problem was rectified. So, if you are booking this or any other hotel be quite sure what is in and not in your room. Otherwise, the hotel was very good. Wi-Fi fine, excellent buffet breakfast, staff brilliant and very close to the centre. Overall we were very pleased with this hotel.

Nothing apart from the little bit of hassle over the fridge on our second stay. But that was rectified.

Staff - Exceptional. Location-Perfect Room - very comfortable/Shower, hot water and powerful flow. Breakfast - One of the best desayuno buffets I have enjoyed. Exercise room - Great workout

There was a woman with 3 children. She left during the day, to work (???), and the children were left with the older brother (15 year old kind of like). The other two kids were like 10 and 7. But they were all over the hotel and made a lot of noice day and night… They were there, at the hotel, for about 10 days… Extremely bad!!!

Breakfast was good, room was good. Miss the 2 small waters

The men in the front desk were very nice cheerful, helpful and courteous. The ladies were very blunt and not to courteous. Other than that everything was good.

The location of this hotel is ideal to explore Guadalajara's downtown on foot. The hotel is old but has a swimming pool, a gym and buffet breakfast.

The hotel is tired and it shows. It could be a bit cleaner too. Some staff not as friendly or helpful as others.
