We absolutely loved our stay here. It was the perfect location for us as we were traveling with 2 dogs. Cosy bar area and the Food was fabulous and Mario the perfect host. Will definitely be back again.

This is a magical and beautiful house! We had a great rest - all around is silence, peace and the sound of birds! In summer it is hot and there are flies and mosquitoes, but with the right repellants, the problem is solved. We would have felt better with air conditioning, but the fan works too! There was also a machine with mosquito repellent in the room and there were nets on the windows. The hosts are hospitable and smiling - Marius' mother prepares many delicious meals, as well as for breakfast - cupcakes and pies! From the terrace we had a panoramic view of the mountain and the village - great relaxation and pleasure! There are many options for walking in the area - we visited stone bridges - very beautiful! We recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to be outside of civilization and transported to a different and magical environment! The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable!

Beautiful hotel, beautiful views, but, more important, beautiful people! Worth every single bend of the road to it! I almost felt like in a boutique hotel, but one with decent prices! It is full of beautiful little things. Even books, in our room too! Sparkling clean, comfy beds, large bathroom. Balcony with beautiful views of the valley and the mountains. Simple but tasty food. The beef stew and beef meat balls were delicious. Good breakfast too. And to make it even better, it was accompanied by beautiful classic music :) ! Very good starting point to visit Zagoria with its beautiful stone bridges. We stayed here for only 1 night, but we would definitely like to return!

The family who runs the hotel is very kind, accommodating, and helpful in every way. The hotel is full of character with antiques and many objects with history and charm. The view is absolutely amazing! It is quiet and peaceful in the hotel and village. The home-cooked meals are delicious, and the room was extremely clean, comfortable, and everything you want it be after a day of hiking. We really loved our stay here!

We loved the serenity of the location. Fragades is a very quiet village, but our hosts took care of all our needs. The rustic home cooking was a joy to eat, and we felt like we were eating at our grandmothers home each evening. Marios and his mother have created a special experience for travellers who appreciate genuine hospitality.

My bed and pillow were a bit firm, but that is personal preference.

This was one of the favourite places we stayed in Greece. So quiet and peaceful. Mario the host was very kind and helpful. The beds were comfy, everything clean, the view from the room was beautiful. We wished we could have stayed longer! The included breakfast was lovely in the morning.

Only the room could have had a few extra utensils for the kitchenette (a pot, some cups etc). Because we like to self cater and make a cup of tea in our room. However Mario was helpful and happy to give us a pot and cups to borrow for our room to make tea. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and it was wholesome, satisfying food. Though just a couple of options on the menu, so maybe bring some extra snacks if you are vegan/vegetarian.

A very warm welcome from Marius. The hotel is situated on the edge of a pretty mountain village, with views out over the forests to distant mountains. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and the beds very comfortable. The balcony gave views over the countryside and village. Evening meals were home made and delicious. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

There was nothing to dislike.

Me and my partner stayed here for 3 days and it was perfect! The entire place is very cosy and traditional, which we loved, and the location is very peaceful. The room and bathroom were a great size (and very clean!) and the small balcony with the view of the mountains topped it off. The staff were also super lovely and helpful. It was my birthday and they were kind enough to help my partner organise a birthday cake for me last minute. Thank you so much! We had an incredible stay!

We loved this charming inn very, very much. Lovely host with very high standard of hospitality: superfriendly, caring and willing to help. Mama cooks fantastic, we had great dinners for reasonable prices. Lovely breakfast. Room was spotless clean. Good shower. Large beds (a bit hard according to what we are used to). We had wonderful views over the mountains from our room, nice small balcony, very relaxing to sit here. Petroto is a very quiet place. In a very quiet and charming village: one pub at a square, one church. Perfect location as in very practical starting point for hikes and tours. Beautiful landscape. Thank you so much for this wonderful stay we had!

We felt at home thanks to the wonderful owners, Marios and Ms. Froso. The room was spacious, cosy, and very clean! The sitting area was welcoming, beautifully decorated, and filled with good music from Marios. Make sure to try Froso’s food – it made our stay even more special. We’ll definitely be coming back!
