Brookside Inn & Cottages was in prime location and easy to access. The Rooms were clean and organized very well. Bathrooms are super clean. The Staff at office were very accommodative and helpful. We have checked in by 11 PM but she waited until we come and still was very cool. Loved the stay here! Would definitely stay here again!

There was a smoke smell which I didn't like. But the room was super clean. Just a bad renter I guess.

This place was very clean. Small but comfortable cottage. Had a homey feel to it. One of the best values price-wise we have encountered on the road.

A coffee maker or kettle in the room would have been better. There was an outdoor light right outside which made it rather bright at night. Maybe a shade on both windows?

The location is very convenient to the main st in Saco. Only 1 minute from the saco exit off Interstate 95. Surprisingly quiet. Bed is comfy and towels are white. This is a place I find convenient to stay each time I visit the Saco and Old Orchard Beach area.

Easy access to the room. Convenience to stores. King size bed was comfortable. Hot shower was excellent and long lasting. Refrigerator was large. And because we missed our flight, we needed to reschedule the room the following day, last minute, which the owner accommodated, although they did not have to.

It was in a nice location it wasn’t too expensive over the top in the pricing it was just right and the cottages were very very nice and clean and the staffing were very nice and polite

Maybe there could be a little bit more activity games for kids to do

Although we didn’t stay in one, the cottages looked very cute. Ample parking. The pool looked refreshing (we didn’t being our suits with us unfortunately). Check in was a breeze. They called twice before we arrived to make sure everything was okay. Check out was a breeze.

The way our particular room was arranged, the AC did not really cool the room as much as expected. The room we were in could fit a king but sadly was only a queen. The TV, despite numerous changes to the settings, was very blue, but it worked. The bed was very low in comparison to other hotels/motels. The bathroom door did not want to stay closed.

We only stayed 1 night but, Rooms were comfortable and clean, the beds were comfortable and the property was well maintained and clean. The other guests were quiet. It was definitely worth the price we paid and we would definitely stay here on our next visit.

The location is perfect for me. I vIsited my 2 nephews. One in Oakfield and one in Houlton. I did not join you for breakfast.

I came to Wells, Maine because my father was in the hospital and the next day he was going into hospice at home. I originally planned on staying three nights but his wife was horrible to me and my wife. We stayed only two nights. My father was also resting comfortably at home so I wasn't needed anymore. My father is a joy and he is 96 years old. He enjoyed my company. Since we left a day early I was hoping to get a credit back on my credit card for one night. The receptionists refunded my money. I thought that was awesome!

The bathroom could be arranged a little better. It is big enough but the toilet is facing an odd direction. Instead of facing the shower I felt that it should be facing inside the room. It would be nice to have a night stand on both sides of the bed.
