Nice room with comfortable bed and pillows. Clean, and tastefully decorated. The owner, Luciano, was very helpful and answered all of my questions re how to get to airport easily eetc. Location is good too. Easy to walk everywhere and close to the stop for the airport bus. The only thing I would say was an 'issue' was the fact that the windows of the room face onto a parking lot and busy area. While I didn't find this too bad in general in terms of noise, I did find the 4:30 am (!) street cleaning truck that circles the parking lot several times and the leaf blower used to round up garbage (also at 4:30am) very annoying. I don't know how often this takes place.. Otherwise a great stay!

Location is easily accessible with a car and by foot from city center. We had no problems finding a parking space next to the hotel. The hotel provides a private parking space as well but we didn't have to use it, street parking was quite adequate for us. Lastly, breakfast was very good, compared to Italian standards the selection was huge with cheese & ham options.

Nothing major but the street noise (cars and people) tend to come into the room. This didn't prevent our 3 yo from sleeping through the night so not a big deal for us. The hotel provides earplugs for this nonetheless.

Location of the accomodation was very central and it was easy to walk to major sights. There were a lot of lovely restaurants nearby and it was easy to navigate out of the town for day trips. The building and our room were lovely and we enjoyed the little balcony in the room. Breakfast was good and had savory and sweet options, a good start for the day. Our host was very attentive and gave us helpful advice re restaurants etc. To avoid stress about parking we got the private parking space provided (there was a little charge for it) and it was great to not to need to spend time going around and trying to find a space for the car.

The ventilation in bathroom was not great but we left the door open when we left gor the day and it was ok.

Its location and Luciano was very helpful in directing us to possible sights.

More, about knowing that access to the property is through a huge door-as it used to be a castle. One friendly tenant helped us to find the little elevator and Luciano then let us know there was a buzzer outside. Because it was a new experience, didn’t know to look for it. The rooms are new and modern, good bathroom facilities. The mattress could be a little firmer. The general advertising on website show that there is breakfast. Check your details when booking. Walked to many sites, the Bellini gardens are just down the way. Turn the corner from there and it is a promenade with many restaurants and shopping, churches and the market.

The BnB was on a very central street, easily walkable to the centre, restaurants and train station. The host was amazing, very generous with his hospitality, friendly and happy to provide recommendations on where to visit. The breakfast was very good, nice coffee, fresh bread with meat and cheese, pastries and juice. The room was bright and spacious, the bathroom very clean and beds comfortable. Aircon and fridge were very welcome as it was warm during our stay. The corner room with balcony looked out on to a small square. It was not noisy.

The room looks just like the pictures, boasting a comfortable and pristine ambiance. Situated in a prime location, it offers convenience, centrality, and safety. Our heartfelt appreciation goes to the host for their exceptional hospitality. They generously provided us with maps and valuable insights into local attractions. Additionally, their thoughtfulness extended to complimentary water bottles replenished daily. Moreover, we were treated to a delightful breakfast spread, adding to the overall enjoyable experience of our stay. Very recommended. I will definitely come back.

We stayed pnly one night, but it was a good deal. The host was very responsive. They were waiting us and recommend where to eat that evening. The location is quite central in an old and historical building. Walkable distance to the restaurants . We had nice dinner to Via Santa Filomena district. Full of good reataurants and nice atmosphere. Nice and big room. Very clean. We easily found parking space nearby hotel. Highly recommneded for some days stay.

A little bit noisy street, but after all, it is located on a main boulevard.

Everything!!! - extremely clean, gorgeous rooms, original ceilings and floors, in an historic palazzo - extremely nice owners, helped us with all the needed details and above that. Very fluent english-speaking - very close to the nearby attractions - very good breakfast, more than enough for a good morning start - parking available on the street but also in the plaza situated right next to the building. Also, if you solicitate, you can pay for a private parking

Really nothing that we didn't like

The apartment is inside an ancient building, which is really fun to stay in and get through that giant door. The room is well-maintained and everything is clean and tidy. The owners are a lovely couple who has helped us a lot. We really enjoy staying here!

The location is great, except that there is a liquor kiosk under our balcony. It played loud music until 2 AM. Although the room is quite soundproofed, you can still hear a bit of it.

Location is very good to explore city of Catania on foot, but you avoid the crowded city center. Room was clean, quite big and had everything we needed (including a nice view from the balcony). Luciano is a great host, gave us tips on what to see, we had a good chat during breakfast and he booked a tour to Etna for us. Breakfast was very good (compared to the other places we stayed at in Sicily). It was a pleasure to stay there.

There was a bit of noise outside in the evening, but nothing major. Earplugs were provided in case you needed them. It took a few minutes to find a parking spot, but we always managed to find one close to the B&B. There was also private parking available if you needed one.
