Basic, simple motel room. Met our needs for a place to crash as coming from out of town for a concert. Parking right outside the room Great white towels and crisp white bedding Good value for money Friendly reception

Cleanliness of room not amazing - esp windows and mirrors Bathroom is a little tired and tiles look grimy in shower Show curtain a bit grim also Room is 'beige 'and brown so a little dated Aircon not very effective and we couldn't change the temp - to be fair reception when told of this the next day did say they could have come over to look at it

Spa suite #42 was great - clean, comfy, newer spa and bathroom than what’s in the photos. Young lady at front desk was efficient. Breakfast pack in the morning is handy, so is the vending machine. 20min walk to Akita Teppanyaki for dinner is well worth it! Huge pool. Toaster & microwave available in laundry. Nearby Camelia Gardens and its cafe were so lovely, only a short drive.

No Chinese restaurant anymore but still advertises it and has menu in guest book, bit of a shame as it’s just sitting there unused and I bet guests would go there if it re-opened for dinner/breakfast. Few dusty spots in room - windowsills etc. Teacups and glasses weren’t cleaned properly. Vending machine ran out of cold bottled water by 6pm. Pool needed a vacuum/skim. Bedside lamp didn’t work.

The staff are very friendly the room for a ",inn" are very spacious and comfortable beds clean and most definitely my favourite was the huge jacuzzi spa bath was very relaxing perfect for a discreet night with your significant other or on your own and the other facilities like it had laundry and even a swimming pool , the price per night in my opinion was great value for everything that they had for us to enjoy I would pay it just for the jacuzzi alone

It wasn't walking distance from the main shops which is around 15 min walk but it's not the worst attribute it's just inconvenient but that's why there is uber eats and door dash lol

I was impressed with the 24-hour reception. I checked in at about 2 am on New Year's Day, and the nighttime manager was very helpful and accommodating, which made my arrival smooth and stress-free.

I did notice that the parking area was a bit narrow due to overgrown shrubs. While it wasn’t a major issue, some trimming could make parking more convenient for guests. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and appreciated the attentive service. It was a bit expensive may be due to the New Year Eve stays.

We have stayed before and previously the rooms were a little tired.This time we stayed in an Executive room and they have been renovated.Much nicer now!Our room also had a bath.Biscuits provided and parking at your door but not allocated.Staff friendly.

Can’t understand when you book 3 nights why your rooms aren’t serviced.If you book one night you get clean towels, linen, biscuits milk etc but booking 3 nights you get everything nice on the first night and then nothing.Our bin in the room needed emptying so we enquired at reception.They told us rooms aren’t serviced daily but when we returned in the third day bed was made and everything replenished.We didn’t really need the bed made but nice after we spoke to reception this was all taken care of.Definitely stay here again.

Spacious. Clean and updated bathroom with spa bathtub. Bed was comfortable. Fridge included with TV and cable. Only a 20 min drive to the airport in the morning, very convenient for the price given. The check-in was very fast. Parking included.

It's an older building and needed some updating. But the inn satisfied what I needed for the night, a safe stay and convenient drive to the airport to catch a morning flight that was reasonably priced and didn't break the bank. Behind the furniture by the electrical plugs by the bed needed some dusting and cleaning. Other than that, it was clean.

Room was spacious enough, Parking was great. The Staff were great especially Gautham he is very courteous and helpful.

The Sofa Bed was old, Definitely needs replacement as it sags in Sofa Mode and Bed Mode. Had booked 2 rooms and both were the same so I imagine its the same in other rooms. The ramp joining Princess Highway is really steep and scraps the bottom of a sedan car in a bad way when you merge onto the road.

We were suppose to have one room clean during our stay and that didn’t happen. Got fresh towels our self. Also no cutlery or bowels. Bought some from Kmart in the end.

Liked that there were ashtrays for smokers outside, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was very roomy for a smaller room. The staff were nice and respectable, and the place overall was quite clean and tidy. I was also very happy it didn't smell funky like most hotels.

The bath was a little dirty when we arrived.

The size of the room and the bathroom exceeded my expectations. It was clean, fresh and quiet. Mostly I really liked that the smokers table was just outside my door as the sunrises with a coffee and a smoke started my day perfectly. thank you

nothing really. I had a really nice stay I felt very welcome and appreciated the time and effort the staff put into a place. even when I was late for my estimated check in time the staff absolutely greeted me with no problems whatsoever and took their time with us.
