Room had everything that you needed for a short stay. Location was good and particularly ideal if you were visiting the pleasure beach. The rooms were quiet and we didn’t hear any noise from neighbouring rooms. Rooms were spotlessly clean and presented really nicely. Car park facilities were available which was great.

We were on the top floor and I think because of this the WiFi didn’t reach our room. Mattress is on the firmer side but understand that this a personal preference too. The rooms get quite hot in the morning as the heating comes on, but again, this may be as a result of us being on the top floor and the heat rising.

location, cleanliness, breakfast, and the hosts. The breakfast was excellent. Our Room was on the top floor, in Room 9, family room for 3 of us. It looked out into the street. It was reasonable size, clean warm and comfortable. The shower was decent with good pressure. Plenty drawer space, and a wardrobe. Plenty electric sockets for charging. The hosts were great too. Very friendly and happy to have a chat. All in all, we will be back, and we can be very picky about where we stay. But we would love to come back here.

Staff were super friendly & helpful. Diana text to confirm when we would be arriving & ensured our room was ready for us getting there! Location was perfect, very close to pleasure beach etc and also Blackpool south station was a short walk away. Breakfast was amazing too, best pancakes! We were stuffed lol. The room was so cosy & homely. Diana also kept our bags for us after check out so we cld have a wee day out before heading home.

Great location 5 minute walk to pleasure beach and few bars. Good value for money clean and cosy room, we had top floor room but was nice enough and clean facilities

Only downside was no parking on site, we found a free parking space on the street next to us luckily but most people would have to find a pay and display car park.

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by lovely, friendly staff. It was spotlessly clean, lovely decor, on arriving in the room it was just perfect. Plenty of space, clean, vibrant and an amazing bathroom. Very, very quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was just amazing, cooked fresh and hot. Plenty to choose from and nothing was too much trouble. Hosts were friendly and chatty and just lovely. Hope to stay here again, its in a perfect location. Close to pleasure Beach, could see it from our window and the beach. 5 minute walk.

Me and my recent partner had the best of times there we made the most of our little holiday/break away together and we are really satisfied with the hotel staff and the cleanliness of the hotel We will definitely return back to this hotel again in

Everything it was absolutely amazing, was a lovely welcoming when arriving, beautiful room with an amazing shower, the staff were really friendly, and also a great help, when leaving we was given a chocolate house filled with chocolates and Easter bunny’s, it was lovely so glad I booked the Manchester house

Heath and Diana are the best host I have ever met, there is a big variaty of breakfast and they were done professionally to our individual request. The room was far better than I expected, equipped with electrical fan. The location is great, the sandcastle water park and pleasure beach are just 5 mins walking distance. Lots of pubs, restaurants are really close by. The bus stops are 3-5 mins walking distance, which can get us to the coach station as well as the Blackpool north rail station. Oh, the room has good sound prove that is the bonus. We would highly recommend this Manchester House.

Owners were lovely. Very clean and well maintained property throughout. Quality breakfast, lots of items to choose from.

No parking outside the property. Its permit holders only. However I found a space a couple streets away, for free. So was not a problem.

I went on a family trip with my husband and two kids, I wanted somewhere really close to the sandcastle water park and the theme park this location is a literally 5 mins away. Our stay at the property was also fantastic we really felt well looked after the owners were very welcoming, friendly and approachable. The rooms were clean which is a big thing for me, the breakfast is tasty the kids had pancakes and waffles every morning they really enjoyed it. We had to leave early on the last day and the owners offered to make us breakfast to take away which was really nice of them they even made it before breakfast time overall I thought the service was fantastic.
