Location was great for our purposes, which was to attend a basketball game at Gainbridge. The hotel is right around the corner which was perfect. The room was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nothing special, but good enough to keep us filled until lunch. There are plenty of great restaurants right around the hotel too. We were able to walk to lots of sights. We especially enjoyed the canal walk -- very pretty area and even has a gondola for rides on the canal (near the Fresco Italian Cafe)

Since the hotel is right downtown, that comes with lots of noise at night due to bars and restaurants in the area. Also, there's lots of noisy cars racing around the streets until all hours of the night (the police don't seem to do anything about it). Didn't sleep well on the weekend nights due to the noise, seemed a little better during weekday nights.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The downtown location was great! Easy access to restaurants and entertainment venues. The valet was quick to bring the car when needed.

The lighting was not great for reading in bed and there was not enough plug ins for my phone and CPAP machine. The parking per night was expensive at $45 a night. Unfortunately, there was a snafu at checkout, that took a bit to get resolved.

Clean comfortable rooms and beds and bath. Decent exercise room and laundry.. Good breakfast. Valet super polite and responsive. Location great. ... These things really are the most important and they delivered, at a price that was maybe a little high bc of location but not unreasonable and cheaper than similar places.

Pullout couch uncomfortable af. No blankets sheets or pillows in room for the pullout, I had to go down 4 flights at night and retrieve pillows blankets for said pullout and even then had to ask for a second pillow like im putting them off. Stock up your inventory, yeah?, this shouldn't be an issue. ... Main day person (lady) at front desk seemed perpetually annoyed and uninterested. Not just to me, but generally. (Just that one person.. Otherwise the rest of staff seemed cool) ... Interior Design overall was kind of dated and a little banged up here and there but it didn't kill me I'm just saying.. ... TLDR my complaints are minor enough that I'd still consider staying here again if/when I'm ever in downtown Indy.

Location is great, Breakfast was very well done and delicious. Staff is just fine though not excellent. The hotel is aging a bit and it shows but is clean and very comfortable. We felt it was an excellent value and would stay there again,

The water disappeared for several hours while we were there, the staff was informative during that time. The trays for the coffee maker were the wrong size making it difficult to use.

Staff was super nice. Everyone seemed to care about their jobs. Hot shower. Nice variety of items for breakfast, lots of extras. Perfect place to stay to walk to concert, shopping and several restaurants to choose from.

Did not realize there were blackout curtains behind filmy curtains (and drapes did not close) so room was super bright all night. Could not sleep. Staff admitted many people don’t “see” them, that they are an option to close them. This needs changed.

The breakfast was absolutely FANTASTIC both days. Service at breakfast was also excellent.

I arrived back to hotel around 5:30. Hot and sweaty after walking miles to the zoo and back. You had to turn off the water for maintenance and repair due to a problem. Timing was wrong. I had just soaped up in the shower. I squeezed every last drop out of your water system in trying to rinse off. AARRGGHH!

Absolutely smashed it. Fantastic staff at the front desk and throughout. Beautiful rooms with enormous comfy beds. Whole place was spotless. Shower had a lovely adjustable head so was very plesant to use. The location so close to the centre of town was brilliant too, we were working at the convention centre so it was a breeze to get to and from there every day form the Hampton. Would defintely encourage anyone going to Indianapolis to use this hotel. Top drawer accomodation at a customer friendly price!

The breakfast was tasty enough but I was sad I couldnt choose what I wanted each day. I wanted those mini omlettes with cheese on *every day* because I don't like scrambled egg particularly (although yours was nice). I'd have liked the choice of sausages, sausage pattie or bacon each day, sometimes all 3! Some mushrooms or baked beans to go along with the fried stuff would've been nice too. I'm British though, we like a proper fry up in the mornings ;) This was the *only( thing I was a little bit let down by, everthing else was perfect.

Hotel is central to activities. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The lobby had Jenga and cornhole. Breakfast area was great.

The hotel room seemed a bit dated. We had asked for a city view; we got an ally / valet parking lot view. Also, there was someone on a scaffolding right outside our window working; would have been considerate to not book these rooms if you knew your building was having maintenance at the time, or maybe offer to switch room.

I loved the location and the staff! Very nice place to stay. Highly recommended.

The valet fee is high and the girl we helped me the first day wasn’t all that great. The guy who helped me today was amazing though so that made up for it!

Breakfast had a decent choice of hot and cold items.

The room was sid to be a STD. Queen. The bed was NOT a queen size, maybe a double. We sleep in a queen every night, and we were bumping each other all night. We did arrange to get moved to a king room, which worked very well.
