- The Hotel location - Very Polite and Helpful Staff specially the hotel receptionist - Room was very clean and comfortable - Overall the hotel was quiet - The Laundry service was very fast and very cheap - Easy to get an UBER as the location is in a very live area - Food delivery reached very fast and someone from the reception delivered the food to the room

- The hotel Reception/ Lobby areas need some renovation works - Elevators need some renovation - The hotel overall is vary acceptable but with some additional renovations it will be perfect

There is a real jewel called Mariah! Excellent English speaking, helped me cook a Kenyan meal and even assisted to get back my phone that I had accidentally left in a local taxi! God Bless Mariah, long leave this lovely jewel, blessings much!

The room was clean and organized and very comfortable , suitable for solo traveler or couple, staff are excellent and helpfull especially the front desk were polite and very welcoming.

Staff are very welcome, professional and the breakfast is very good with a lot of options. coffee and tea, kettle available in the room, clean and quite room, privacy.

Then internet was very weak,,offline most of the time, low speed, there was no blankets and we should ask for it.

I liked the location! It was never too far away from any of the destinations we wanted to visit(pyramids, Khan Khalili, the Coptic Museum).

The door to our room would open without needing to put the key to the door, but the staff handled it swiftly and fixed it for us! So in the end it wasn't an issue
