The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout-all credit to the housekeeping team. Front desk staff were always very pleasant, friendly and helpful. We had a sea view and a large clean spacious room. The lifts in the hotel were quite modern, fast and efficient. This particular Homewood Suites is situated right next to Walgreens-which is a great place to get most of the things you need.

We didn't know the Biker's Rally was on for 3-4 days during our 8 day stay. There was a lot of noise on the road outside our hotel as they rode up and down. Also, one night-a large group of bikers occupied the car park right below our window. There quite a bit of noise due to loud music being played and people talking loudly , even after midnight. My husband did not get much sleep that night. Breakfast was very limited-there could have been a lot more choice for the guests. If you arrived late to breakfast-all of the fresh fruit was gone. Frankly-it could have been a lot better!

Everything!!!! the staff went above and beyond to make our stay the best!!! Thank you to the front desk girls who saved my broken nail by finding glue to keep me together you girls are amazing! You also accommodated us by letting us hang out in your beautiful lobby when it was pouring rain after we got off our cruise ship. Our room was roomy, clean and had amazing views of the ocean. We will definitely be back to play in Galveston and will without question stay with you again! Until we meet again keep doing what you’re doing with amazing, comfortable and friendly customer service!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, which we needed for a family of 5 and very clean. There was even a basketball court which my oldest loved after a 3 hour car ride. We didn't get to check out the pool due to weather, but it looked clean and fun.

At the breakfast the next morning, they only supplied a small amount of hot food (biscuits and gravy, ham and hashbrowns) which was quickly taken and we had to wait twice for it to be replenished as there were quite a few people already waiting ahead of us.

The location was across from the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even kept the pool and basketball court open a little later for my kids. Wednesday evening they had a salad bar, wine and beer, sweets and juice. Breakfast was very good and filling each day

I didn't have any cooking utensils and the dishes were only for 2 people. There was no liquid dish soap to wash dishes. I had to run the dishwasher for only a few dishes and pan. The staff was helpful to bring me cooking utensils.

Originally we had booked a studio king. But we wanted the bedroom separately from the living area, so we went downstairs and asked to upgrade and they were very helpful and let us! Which was so nice! Nice and clean. Kitchenette is nice to have!

paying $15/night for parking on their own property, that's weird. It's not fancy. It's not gated, so that's unnecessary to me. Especially when you're already spending 250 a night.

Property was tidy. Good options in their pantry to purchase and decent breakfast although there were no gluten free options for us to enjoy other than fruit. The rooms were spacious and comfortable but our microwave didn’t work in our kitchenette and it took a while and multiple visits to sort

Pretty much everything it was clean it had amazing breakfast and quite a few choices for breakfast, it had a snack bar later in the day which was amazing for the kiddos.

The only thing I didn’t like was we had to pay for the parking to be able to park on property, I think if we’re already renting the hotel room I don’t think we should have to pay for parking!! And a little closer to the beach would’ve been better but overall was decent.

Nice breakfast and nice room. Enjoyed the basketball court.

We are already paying money for a room, the $20 a night for parking is unnecessary and a little ridiculous. I should not have to “rent” a parking space for a room I am already paying good money to stay in.

The room was modern and spacious with a full kitchen. The hotel was clean, and breakfast was served every morning and usually it's the same thing every day but not with this hotel. It was something different every day. The front desk when we arrived were very helpful and friendly. I even had something delivered from Amazon and they made sure that I received my package. When we arrived, they told us that we didn't have a reservation, but it was found that our booking.com reservation did not carry over, but the front desk people were able to recreate our reservation and also give us the rate that we had signed up for. Unfortunately, the room with the double beds and view was no longer available but she was able to accommodate us in a king bed with a view.

The breakfast sometime has turkey sausage that was hard as a rock. I would just suggest keeping an eye out for times of when the food with start going bad or begin to harden.

Greeted with a beautiful fresh fragrance, this place exceeded my expectations! I was so pleased with my suite and planned on extending my stay just because of the luxury feel, the staffing very friendly, I was always greeted upon entry and departing I felt valued. I truly loved everything!!!! Breakfast was amazing! Staff was there to prepare food for the hotel guest. I couldn’t have asked for better! Will definitely have this place as top choice upon my next stay.
