Boutique hotel in the renovated building in the very central location, just next door to the old town.

The room is not so convenient - there are no clothes hooks, shelves, shoehorn, etc. Shower in the bathroom is not fully isolated, as result bathroom is full of the water after the shower. No SPA, no safe in the room. It's not a 4* star hotel according international standards.

Beautiful hotel , amazing staff , very comfy beds , very good size rooms , breakfast basic , thank you to reception shots, mariam and karo very nice people , one min from clock tower and old tblisi, and all live music restaurants, carfour the opposite direction, liberty square 5 mins walking , I went to many countries and hotels , this was really top notch Driver Dawood booked it from the hotel for 60 lari, a very nice guy and clean car . You can order bolt but wanted hassle free transportation Book this hotel and thank me later

Breakfast was so basic

The location was perfect strategic between freedom square only 10 min walking and very close to the clock tower 2 min on the right from there you can walk till where there are all restaurants and bar and also abantu bani aerea, in 15 min by walk. The most kind and gentle staff, they fulfilled any requests we made m. Clean hotel and rooms, good breakfast. The rooms are quite comfortable and regular size . Perfect for two people spend time to visit tiblisi for some days

Maybe the only complaint I have the shower box that isn’t completely closely and water might leak outside. Actually I don’t understand why some people are complaining about the hotel. I saw some bad reviews that I don’t think are fair, because also we had one room with balcony and you can hear any noise not from outside or from the courtyard inside.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Tbilisi. The family suite is spacious, clean, and ideal for families with children, making us feel right at home. Breakfast is served in the lobby; while it might not be the most lavish in the world, it's more than enough to kick off the day. The hotel offers free parking, which is a great advantage, but it must be booked in advance due to limited space. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Tbilisi.

The breakfast was adequate, but we felt it could be enhanced with a broader selection, particularly the inclusion of freshly brewed espresso and cappuccino, which would greatly improve the coffee experience.

Full of character - rooms around an atrium. The location was brilliant in the Old Town - didn't take a car anywhere just walked to all the city sites. Staff were so pleasant and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable bed and pillows, hotel food was good - especially if you fancied a pizza! Nice terrace (over looking road) but lovely to relax at the end of the day. Fridge in room to put the odd drink in - Carrefour 8 mins walk away. Two bottles of water supplied in room every day. Good choice of breakfast. The Gabridzr Puppet theatre is round the corner for an evening's entertainment (well worth it) - try and book before going or the booking office is nearby. My fav restaurant was The Deda about 10 mins walk away in Old Town. Wonderful 8 days in Tbilisi.

I liked everything.

Our stay was excellent! Everything exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere in the hotel is very warm, friendly and has a modern vibe. The interior is so beautiful with so much comfort and smart luxury hospitality feel. We’ve enjoyed lovely breakfasts with freshly baked omelets and fresh pastry. The staff are beyond professional, very attentive, helpful and friendly people. The beds are exceptionally comfortable with different sizes of pillows, the linens are high quality, the mattresses are wonderful, a true 5 star sleep experience is guaranteed. All the small details are taken care of and contribute to a perfect stay. My mother and I had an unforgettable experience in this charming hotel and will definitely come back.

The hotel's interior is exceptional, the room is nice, the beds are very comfortable. Everything is pristine and the cleaning ladies are very good. I was impressed by all the staff, they're extremely polite and professional. The location is hard to beat. The breakfast is fresh and plentiful. I also booked airport transfer through the hotel and the drivers were great.

Would have been nice to get some fresh fruit at breakfast, the only fruit option was the fruit salad. Although the selection of fresh veggies was great. Also, as many here wrote, the shower design leads to lots of water on the floor. Maybe place an extra foot towel to mop it up? because one wasn't enough when two people showered in a row.

Very good location, one min from clock tower and old Tbilisi, and all live music restaurants, we were able to walk everywhere. I really liked David, who provides transfers from the airport to the hotel, organizes good private tours, will recommend you the best places in the city where there is good Georgian cuisine. I highly recommend.

Slippery floor in the bathroom.

We wrapped up a month exploring so many beautiful parts of Georgia by staying in this lovely, perfectly situated hotel for a couple days. Could very easily walk everywhere and easily get to the airport for our early flight to Spain. At 3:15 am our Bolt taxi was there within 1 minute parked on the road, not the hotel parking area FYI. The hotel is attractive, spacious with an inviting, large lobby, high ceilings, many places to sit, comfortable room and bed, easy check-in, good breakfast buffet, friendly and helpful front desk people. Place is spotless. We loved Georgia, the people, food, scenery. Our hearts go out to Georgia.

The toilet when flushed constantly ran and we kept pushing the button up that seemed to jam, jiggling the handle. Not a big deal, but we didn’t want to waste hotel water!

Locations was perfect. Close to the old town and the city. There is a well established tour agents in front of the building. They did some really good tours. The service at reception was always with a smile and they were always flexible. They also provide free bottled water on request. There was 2 young girls and I think the female manager who were exceptional, there was also a young lad with short thick black hair who called and booked a spa for me. It was just so easy and I would come back. My room was also on the quiet side.

Breakfast was often cold so best to ask for fresh eggs which they do accomodate. Coffee was poor Dinner menu is limited Breakfast lacked decent fruits. Need more tropical variety. There was one guy with very short hair on reception, who I had very limited contact with. He gave me his name twice asking for a 10 out of 10 review and to mention his name. I would have done if I had relied on him often but that was not the case. It remaining staff were exceptional and I wish I had asked for thier names. There is a gap in the curtains so light comes through. Its annoying
