Friendly and helpful concierge (provides travel info attractions, a local annotated map, bus schedules), convenient location, excellent rooms. Can't say much about the other amenities, didn't try. - There is a bus stop just behind the hotel that takes you straight to northeastern spots (jiufen shifen etc.) as well as Raohe night market (which was pretty near). - Many food places within 10-15 minutes walk, mix of local and upmarket fare. There is food available in the hotel itself as well, but expensive to add on if not already included in your booking - didn't try so can't comment on whether it is value for money. - 10 minute walk to the metro, which is 1 stop away from the main station from which you can access most other lines

Great location, lovely staff (that even helped me with my food delivery), great spa facilities and gym. Breakfast was also good comparing to other hotels we stayed and had quite enough options for vegetarians.

Hotel takes a large deposit upon check in (around 900€) but that is nowhere stated on booking and it will be released back in 14 days. Since we are travelling for a several months that really makes an issue so just to be aware of big deposit.

Breakfast was excellent, very wholesome buffet breakfast. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Service staff were very helpful. Room service was efficient. Bus stops are near the hotel (within 5 mins of walking distance)

Hotel was a bit far from the nearest MRT, but there are buses nearby

The room was a great size and serviced by the hotel every day despite the late sleep-ins from big nights out. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The sauna facilities are great and I used it most mornings. The breakfast is incredible and I highly recommend it as a way to stay your day before heading out into Taipei. The location is very central and easy to walk around to other great areas. It's also really easy to organise an uber or taxi because of the size of the drive way. I stay here whenever I visit Taipei.

I wish the gym had more equipment and was bigger. It was still decent for a hotel gym.

We stayed for 9 days and were surprised to have a room on the top 14th floor which included access to the Pyramid Room. This room on the 8th floor included a nice quiet sitting area, some snacks, ice cream, coffee and tea, as well as soft drinks free of charge. The only condition was, that you consume all food and drinks there. We made use of the offer several times during our stay and enjoyed the complimentary offer. Business people could also rent conference rooms there and the seperate WIFI was helpful and speedy. I made use of it to organize my photos online. As a couple we loved the pool and "sauna". At first we did not realized that the "sauna" included both jacuzzi, steam bath and the sauna. Essentially it was a whole spa area - gender seperated adjecent to the ladies and men changing rooms.

Nice sized comfortable rooms. We stayed in a business room and it was handy to have a desk and a separate seating area. The staff were very helpful and really friendly. We had breakfast in the hotel once and the buffet had a lot of tasty choices. The room we had a view of Taipei 101, this was a nice surprise. The location is good, close to a metro station and walking distance to a few tourist attractions.

The hotel is right next to a busy intersection and then has two overpass highway roads above these so you have the effect of four very busy roads at all times. We were on the 12th floor and the road noise was constant and quite loud. We did not asked to be moved but as the roads are on three sides of the hotel not sure it would make a difference. I am sure if I had of asked the staff would have tried to do something, we were able to sleep so didn't bother but something to consider if your effected by noise or on a lower floor.

The room was very comfortable with great view and replenished snacks and drinks. It also had a Japanese style toilet. The SPA area was split by gender, was spacious, clean and had Sauna, Steam and hot SPA / & cold pool options. The Business Centre offered a comfortable and quiet space to work with a coffee machine and snacks. Staff were very helpful and helped print off my ticket from online check-in to my return flight. It was possible to borrow umbrellas at rainy times.

The shower room for the pool was quite basic and had cleaning chemical smell. The breakfast was buffet style and some of the dishes could have been hotter - but I enjoyed the variety and flavours.

Location exactly in the center of City everything is quickly accessible via transport or by foot. Services inside the house are also very good.

We stayed at the Boss suite which is very spacious and nice. Large bedroom with two big beds, a living room with sofa and a big desk, mini bar, 1 full bath and a second restroom with toilet which are perfect for our family of four. Website pictures are accurate. Great value. Hotel staff are super helpful. I messaged the hotel 2 days before my arrival to reserve the airport shuttle (additional charge) and they took care of it right the way. Free snacks and welcome fruit platters. Free lounge and gym access.

I think due to recent regulations in Taiwan, hotel does not provide toothbrushes and other toiletries anymore. We purchased them at the lobby vending machine. Very convenient. The lounge is nice but very small. We went there 30 minutes after it opens and it was full. We waited about 10 minutes for seating. There are no wait staff at the lounge so we had to call the front desk when they ran out of utensils and plates. They came within minutes. The food, drinks and desserts at the lounge are very good.

The rooms are a great size and the staff were very accomodating in arranging side by side rooms for our family. The breakfast offers a good mix of western and Taiwanese options.

The location isn’t great. They do offer a shuttle to the nearest station but we just used uber which was very affordable. It did mean we didn’t wander on foot as much as we normally like to.
