This hotel is in a very convenient location, close to several public transportation options. The hotel room was comfortable and clean, although perhaps not very stylish compared to other business hotel chains (I didn't mind though). Staff was friendly. Luggage delivery service and temporary luggage storage was available. Cleaning services are opt-in (but clean towels are delivered every day).

Be mindful that the staff mainly speaks Japanese, so it can be a bit difficult to ask questions if you don't speak Japanese. Furthermore, I got a bit sick after eating the breakfast (could have been a coincidence, but there were not many people having breakfast, so maybe the food had been sitting there for a while).

I had stayed in Matsuyama last year but not near the station. This is right near the Massive New station, we found out about the shops and restaurants the morning we were leaving, so definitely check out the station.

This Hotel had the smallest TV of the trip haha. I laughed out loud when I saw it. Not a dislike but something to note.

When I went to hotel, the receptionist women knew who was I? I was very surprised and she is very nice and professional. It had the welcome drink. Also, it has three washing machines and dryers. I was happy that there are chairs in the washing room for waiting people. The rooms are large and clean. The Wi-Fi is very fast. It just walk 5mins from JR station. It just walk 5mins to public spa. I strongly recommend this hotel for everyone

Staff were extremely helpful with our queries despite the language barrier. Room design is very thoughtful with little alcoves available to place phones and other small items.

No instructions on how to use the aircon. We figured it out after awhile but the aircon was not able to keep us comfortably warm nonetheless.

Lovely room, plenty of space for luggage & very modern. We stayed in building 2. Laundry was a bonus & quick too. Good location, easy walk to Castle & downtown. Tram stop to Doso Onsen just ip the road. Would stay here again. Breakfast was good, not too much & staff were all Lovely.

Hotel was really close to the train station and the room and facilities were really good. I was really impressed with the front desk staff who gave us good advice on getting around the city.

Clean, cozy room. Kettle and mug provided in the room, and the included breakfast was very good, worth the extra cost. It’s close to the station, and not too far from Matsuyama castle.

Not really a big deal, but the laundry charge was more expensive than other places I’ve stayed at in Japan.

Great location near the station and the stop for buses to the airport, the tourist port and the hot springs. Very smart and clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff.

Nothing to do with the hotel, but the walk to the station requires quite a detour if you have a wheeled suitcase that you can't easily carry up & down subway stairs, as the carpark and tram rails block direct access - you just have to allow a bit more time.

Comfortable hotel close to the railway station. Breakfast is Japanese style which we enjoyed and had lots of variety. Room was comfortable but small however that was what we were expecting. Staff were very helpful. 15 minute walk to the city centre

The staffs understand English a little bit. Laundry facility is very convenient to use, all is automated, no need to buy detergent. While the building is old, the essential facilities such as toilet is modern.
