Where would I even start? Stayed for 8 nights with my boyfriend and we absolutely loved this hotel. Fantastic value for money. The staff were so attentive, nothing was a problem. The hotel is absolutely spotless, it smells gorgeous too! Clean, bright, airy, you just know you’re in an upmarket beautifully maintained hotel. On top of this, all the staff seem genuinely happy working there and are so friendly to everyone. We loved the pool. The breakfast each morning was a huge selection of food and was changing each day, we loved the chef in particular making omelettes and pancakes each morning. He was always so busy but he didn’t break a sweat! The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the beach and has loads of lovely restaurants close by if you don’t want to go into Alcúdia town itself. We were delighted with this location, as it is lovely and quiet and only a ten minute bus into Alcudia which is much more lively and noisy. This way, we had the best of both worlds. As you can tell, I can’t say enough about this hotel we just LOVED IT.

Absolutely nothing - it is a gem.

Great location (close to the beach, the shops, the supermarkets, restaurants. bus stops).The beds were comfortable, and everything was clean.Entertainment programme was super. Friendly and helpful staff.

When I booked this hotel, I wrote as a special request: I would like a quiet room. When I arrived I was dissapointed, because my room was by the noisy street. I told the receptionist that I was not able sleep in such a noisy room like that one. They gave me another room on the 5th floor...It was a bit better...but it was still noisy..I called the receptionist at night, to have another room and that the next day I wanted to talk to the manager. The following morning the receptionist told me, they had a room, which was quiet. So the problem was solved.

Liked the hotel location and the overall hotel, staff were friendly, except on arrival, the breakfast was amazing, but the pool in the wellness centre was a little odd as there were a number of naked gentlemen exposing themselves which I found a little uncomfortable and when we viewed it a couple alone having "fun" which also seemed a bit much... overall apart from that was a lovely place, good night entertainment - rooms were able to hear other rooms easily.

Location was perfect for Mallorca 312, room was super cozy. We had 2 rooms with a little separate entrance as we had booked 2 rooms together which meant the rooms were nice and quiet away from everyone else.

Amazing place i have to say.Staff are super friendly from the cleaning ladies to manager.Very impressed.Food was great half board.Lots to choose from and very tasty.Room was decent no complaints with balcony.Shower was decent.Location perfect bus stop out side the door A32 bus took me to and from airport.All in all super value for money and i will be returning.I have told my friends already and they will also be going.

Everything was spot on and i would have gave it 10 out of 10 but one thing i know am being harsh.but the wifi kept knocking off.other than that a pleasant and enjoyable place to stay.highly recomend this hotel

Modern, clean, spacious room, good shower. Facilities are great.We enjoyed the pool and delicious cocktails . Good location close to the beach. Always lots of free parking on the street. Staff always very friendly, big thanks for the cleaning ladies as well. Quality of the food was the best,much better than other more expensive hotels on the island All in all excellent value/quality

As many other guests complained is the table allocation, wich has to be the same for the whole staying.If you are lucky to get a good table you're lucky.Some quests are enjoying to stay outside and some close to the kitchen door , where is incredible noisy.A little bit unfair The hotel is mostly with germans and elderly people, wich wasn't exactly bad..At least was quite and peaceful.But even most of the tv channels are in german to the point that you feel you're staying somewhere in Germany, not Spain.Unfortunately this is accurate for the big part of the island, that lose her authenticity.

Lovely clean and white hotel, every comfort, lovely food, staff are great, peaceful room, no outside or inside noise. 5 minutes walk to a lovely, if crowded, beach. I stayed also in the 4 star across the road and it was nowhere near as nice as this hotel, and this hotel was cheaper too.

Not a fan of Alcudia Beach area, there is no life and soul or central resort here, very bland area with no character, just one long sprawling road full of hotels and bars, but that is not the fault of the hotel! But you can get a bus to Alcudia old town very easily near hotel and that was really nice (as is Pollensa old town and Port de Pollensa), all easy to reach. So its a good base. Avoid Can Picafort by bus. Dreadful place.

Good food options, nice view from the room, good location, pleasant hotel interior, nice room design, pleasant reception and restaurant staff.

Canalisation smell in the bathroom. Weird and uncomfortable pillows. Dirty floor in the room. Housekeeping coming to our room on the day of departure at 9 in the morning despite the fact that our check out is at 11:00. Bed sheets were changed only once 1 day before our departure, we stayed for 10 nights and I don’t undestand this logic😅 Bed sheets are weird, because the duvet cover is much shorter than the duvet itself😅

Everything was amazing! Staff were very kind and helpful, choices during both breakfast and dinner were great. Hotel has several sustainability initiatives which was amazing to see. First night when we arrived, we missed dinner timeframe and they still accommodated dinner for us which was super nice and unexpected. Hotel is 5 min walk from amazing beach which offers sun beds and sun umbrellas (and has safes to store your personal valuables). You can park rented car on the street in front of the hotel for free which is convenient. Hotel puts a lot of attention to details (you can borrow board games to play, get towels after check out on the last day to shower in the spa in case you went to the beach to name a few). Truly amazing experience.

Awesome hotel!!! The atmosphere there was something very unique. I don't know how to say it, it was chill but fun at the same time. Very relaxing, the best staff I've ever meet and of course the food was amazing! Everyday there's something new in the menu, you can take anything and how much you want. And the food selection is HUGE. There's also live chefs cooking salmon, chicken and other meat and fish everyday, as eggs and stuff in the mornings. You just tell them what and how much you want and they will cook you the freshest food! As for the rooms, ours was small but well enough, it was cozy to sleep in! I've already seen people commenting about the atmosphere in this hotel, it is really something unique. After I've been there, I agree. If I'm going to Majorca again, I will definitely stay there again.

We got a room on the first floor, you cannot see much in there, but if your room is facing backyard, you can see a big mountain.
