The location of the hotel is perfect in the old city for tourists. Easy access to all the visitor attractions, fabulous cafes and amazing restaurants. The hotel is a beautiful place, it is an excellent modern conversion to a high quality specification. The rooms are a good size with modern facilities. The grounds are very well maintained and the pool is an extra bonus which is absolutely essential during any visit to Palermo. The best part of the experience is the friendly and helpful staff - Matteo, Siri and Julian work very hard to make sure customers have the best possible experience. The breakfast is lovely and recommend it. Overall, an amazing hotel with excellent staff.

This hotel is a shining gem! There is attention to every detail from the well appointed and comfortable rooms included great beds to the beautiful decorations on the property and landscaping. We loved staying here. The love that went into creating this hotel is very clear. Close to all that you would want to see in Palermo and also extremely quiet which is very important to us while traveling. The owner and every staff person went above and beyond to make you feel welcome and attended to everything. We never had such a warm, personalized and generous treatment. The breakfast was super delicious with a variety of daily freshly baked foods. The common area is beautiful, with a personalized warm decor. It has all amenities needed including WiFi and top of the line bath products and linens. The shower has good pressure. It is also pretty newly renovated and the way they maintain the place in every detail is impeccable. We will definitely be back. Grazie Mille!

Absolutely nothing

Very good location, very central but still not crazy of tourists. Many cafes and few good Restaurants in the surroundings. Extrem friendly and helpful hotel staff, very very attentive! My big compliment to everyone!

My room was bit too dark. The hotel offered to change but being just 3 nights in Palermo and surroundings it did not make any sense. The breakfast area is too small if the hotel is full. I recommend anyway to book a room here without breakfast because very close to the Hotel are some local amazing bakeries and cafes.

Great little hotel, warning - we didn't expect it behind a large steel door amongst a ruined building. But once you step inside the gate you are transported to a beautiful secluded garden and a very well kept hotel. We loved everything about this place. The room was comfortable and unique, breakfast was great, we enjoyed the jacuzzi in the afternoons and the pool even at the end of February, and just sitting in the garden in general. Very close to the historical town center, only about 10-15 mins walk. Also, I would recommend that you try the restaurant on the square just to the right of the hotel walls. We only discovered it on our last night there, but what a gem! Thank you for a great, relaxing stay.

I would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel. Location is perfect, walking distance from the sea and centro historico, safe and lovely area. The garden provides a tranquill environment with pool and jacuzzi, it was a peaceful experience to enjoy the greenery whilst having breakfast. Breakfast itself is very rich, staff professional and helpful, they organized my airport transport and gave excellent recommendations for restaurants which was greatly appreciated. Rooms are comfortable, clean and unique thanks to the historic walls. Can't wait for my next visit and will certainly book this hotel.

Highly recommend this place - the staff was very helpful, we arrived in the morning and since the room was ready for us already, we could immediately check-in, and also eat breakfast, which was extremely nice of them. We were also leaving early in the morning so the staff gave us breakfast bags to go, which all shows they’re really willing to go an extra mile for their guests. The room was spacious, and with a nice vibe (beautiful old ceiling). The district was in my opinion the best in the city - a lot of great restaurants in the area, and also very calm. Overall great stay!

Palermo is a chaotic place and the way from the train station to the hotel was everything but smooth, but once you enter into the property of the hotel, it feels like entering an oasis. Its luscious inner garden is surrounded by the high walls and is a perfect refuge. The rooms are very tastefully integrated into the old structures and the quality of the facilities was good! The staff was very helpful and friendly and their recommendations for restaurants were spot-on.

The separation between the bathroom area and the bedroom area does not provide a lot of insulation for privacy :) and the window in the bathroom lets mosquitoes in, if you keep it open.

I love this hotel. This was my second stay at the hotel and I always leave looking forward to my next visit. After a long travel day, this is the exact place I want to find my place. The beds are super comfortable, the pool is a perfect respite in busy Palermo, the staff is wonderful and very helpful. I love going for a morning run to the sea and back to the hotel for a great breakfast. I hope to visit again soon.

I have no criticisms. They have built an oasis within the beautiful city of Palermo. This hotel is perfect for anyone spending just a night in Palermo or a week. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is one of a kind. Staffs were helpful and nice! We stayed in the rooms with original Spasimo stone ceiling. The room was very modern and clean. We didn't use the pool but it looked very nice. The garden was beautiful. The location is a bit far from the centre but manageable. Also, there is a very good restaurant right opposite to the hotel.

Downside is since we lived on the main floor which is right next to the garden, there were a lot of insects. We had 3 worms crawling on the floor for 3 nights.. (probably got in during room service) It might be good if the hotel can provide insect repellant.

Really great stay and would 100% come back. Great location near old town, but also peaceful in the actual hotel. Comfortable beds and pillows in the rooms. Lovely communal facilities - great little pool and lounge beds and seats. Able to order drinks brought to you by the pool. The hotel was only built recently so everything feels very nice and new! The hotel staff were incredibly helpful in organising anything we needed - taxi to airport, taxi to the beach, trip to a vineyard one day too. Definitely recommend!
