A great place to stay! You may feel like an aristocrat for the moment. The furniture and decorations in the dyning room are like from Villa of palermian elite. In room you will find everything you need. Hotel has a cossy patio, and terrace with swimming pool with stunning view on the sea and mountains sorrunding the city. The staff is professional and allways willing to help. If you need an information about the city or events or you would need a private tour, you will get it. Dellucious breakfasts they serve. Perfect location within walking distance to almost all citys attractions, and close to the sea. Notice that, there is a quite bussy street between the hotel and the sea. Sometimes a bit noisy, but remember, you are in southern Italy :). On the doorstep you will find a restaurant wich is a good option if you do not wan to wander searching for dinner. A lot of caffes and restaurants near by. Small tip, be patient and wait a bit for the hot water in the shower. Hotel is located in old building and the hot water needs sometimes more time to find you :)

It is a beautiful restored house with 11 bedrooms. I really loved the rooftop terrace. You did not feel like you were staying in a hotel the facilities such as the sitting room, courtyard were beautiful spaces to have a coffee read a book. The breakfast was very good with lots of variety and the coffee was excellent.

Nothing . One thing we found strange was the beautiful bar but never any staff at the bar to get a drink. It would have been lovely to see the sunset on the roof terrace with a cocktail from the bar.

Breakfast started really late.. 8.30am,. We had to leave at 8.30am to travel home, we asked the lady on reception if we could have our included breakfast 15 mins early and she said no! Luckily the kind staff sorting breakfast allowed us to help ourselves to fruit and cereal at 8.15am and got us coffee etc but we weren't able to order eggs which we would've had. This was a real shame as this place is excellent otherwise, the staff hosting breakfast are amazing, hard working and helpful but it meant we didn't really get a proper breakfast for the kids who are hungry teens before leaving for a long trip home.. Thank you to the staff who let us help ourselves early. In most hotels you can get an early breakfast before leaving, especially when 8.30 is not early!

The communal spaces are lovely, the rooms are nicely decorated and very comfortable, breakfast was well laid out, the terrace on the roof was great and great views towards the sea. It is a perfect place to stay to explore Palermo. It is not like staying in a hotel more like living in a villa which we loved and with only 11 rooms felt very boutique.

The larger rooms are at the back and are quite dark with no views so lights on are needed in the day. We had a quadruple room (9) and a double room (4) - the double room was lovely very large and light and airy. Unfortunately there is extensive building work being undertaken next door which was noisy but that is not the fault of the hotel but is worth noting.

The whole hotel was beautifully decorated and felt very calm. Our room was very spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely with a good selection of cold items. We had an early check out and they provided us with a breakfast tray the day before which we thought was a nice touch. We loved the rooftop area, and even though there were only 6 sun beds, we never had trouble getting one. The rooftop bar was also amazing.

Sometimes it was difficult to find staff during the day, but the staff were all lovely.

Breakfast was very well done. All staff were industrious and cordial. The two rooms I observed were top quality. Location was very nice.

Well, parking, as is across Italy (or any urban area), was very challenging and confusing.. Maybe, a bit more information about residency zones, exact locations of garages; parking is “free” along the street, but sporadic—let guests know; it may be appropriate for tourist to “pay” the parking hustlers, 5E maybe; a courtesy for tourists being guests… Probably, would be a help to have a photo of the property door and its exact location located somewhere in the properties information—website, for example…was a little difficult to find while dealing with traffic.

A beautifully appointed, stylish B&B. An oasis of calm in busy Palermo. Room was airy, spacious and so comfortable. We loved having breakfast in the courtyard to the sound of the water feature and surrounded by plants. We also loved the roof terrace with views to the sea. The small pool was a real bonus after hot days exploring the city and the bar served great Aperol spritzes! Staff were courteous and helpful, happy to arrange a taxi on our last day. We will be returning yo L’Hotellerie Easy Suites and would highly recommend this B&B.

We loved everything about it.

Room: Very open and spacious and bed was comfortable. Still and sparkling water in fridge along with other drinks including wine, beer and soda (at extra cost). We had a nice sea view from our small balcony in Rm. 5. Information and brochures on Palermo provided. Facilties: Easy, online check in and keys are waiting for you on arrival. Lovely, clean hotel with a mix of old historical and modern design. Rooftop mini pool and bar was the highlight of our stay with very comfortable sun loungers. Breakfast: Loads of options for breakfast including fruits, nuts, hams, cheeses, pastries, pancakes and juices. Staff: Very friendly staff always willing to help despite the language barrier.

Room: Traffic outside our window was sometimes loud (The locals are not the most patient drivers so be prepared for constant horns). Facilties: No bin at the pool. Pool was a small bit cold (but refreshing). Breakfast: Not much on offer for hot food. There was scrambled egg but it was cold each time we went for breakfast (9.30 am). Perhaps use a heat source to keep food warm.

This a gorgeous, characterful propriety that we stayed at after a couple of weeks of travelling. Super comfortable and very clean. Rooftop and plunge pool were fabulous for a relaxing day. Close to the centre and marina, also with some local restaurants close by. Attentive staff who go above and beyond to ensure comfort e.g. offering a breakfast tray in the room for those who have to check out early. Didn’t want to leave!

I loved the common areas - very elegant and lots of character. Beds are very comfortable and whole place is simply lovely! Plunge pool on the terrace upstairs is a nice touch.

Breakfast options could be improved but I understand this is more of a small B&B setting. In the room itself I missed saucers for cups, also bathrobes (or at least slippers) would be a nice touch. Room was pretty big but there was no real workdesk. There was a table, however minibar was placed underneath. Our room 5 was facing the street and outdoor restaurant which was pretty loud till late hours. These are small details though which definitely didn’t spoil our positive experience.
