Room was spacious, comfy and with a great view to the historic centre! Waking up to this view really felt like being part of an old Italian movie 😉. Breakfast on the top floor was superb and breakfast room balcony views next to none! I also enjoyed the spa and massage services of thd hotel which are really good and value for money ! Although not right in the middle of the historic centre, it is still close enough to walk for 10-15mins. Very conveniently located, but still away from the touristic crowds. Very closed to the beach as well!

I believe it’s lacking a swimming pool.

The breakfast was very good. The location is in walking distance from the center. The rooms are very clean with new spring box beds and new mattresses. The staff is very professional and helpful, from reception, cleaning and serving. We asked for a silent room and we got what we asked for. Cocktail bar was very good. The reception can book a taxi or a shared taxi to the airport but that's quite expensive (50 euros per person).

The location was excellent right by the old area of Palermo. The staff was very efficient and helpful in getting our room ready for us.

There was no parking available at the hotel. Parking was on the street and luckily we were able to get a spot. The traffic was horrible to get to the area and if you missed the entrance, you had to drive over 1 1/2 miles to turn around. I would have liked a little more information about places to go and see and the restaurants available for dinner.

The room was nice 208 but had to request a change after two nights to the quiet side, having been woken at 6.30 both mornings with street noise. The staff accommodated this for us

Clean, modern public areas and rooms. Good location within walking distance of most parts of the old town.

The breakfasts weren't to my taste. The coffee (from a machine) had very little flavor and the buffet offerings were fewer and of lesser quality than at most hotels in this price range.

Breakfast was very good. Great selections and changed daily. The room was quite small and dark and we had building work opposite our room so quite noisy. We didn’t use spa which is 20 euros each and needed to book.

My bed was too hard. Noisy building work outside room.

A luxurious hotel located in La Calsa, a long-established historical district, with excellent breakfast on the fourth-floor terrace and cocktail happy hours available at sunset.

A service to guests at the front desk and breakfast area seems to need to be improved.

not enough social space. Terrace bar great but not always open. near sea front but no sea view. best views from rooms at rear of hotel overlooking city and mountains.
