Man who came to look at the shower was nice

Absolutely abysmal, I stayed here as I had a job interview the next morning close by, and it was the closest place to stay. Location postcode was wrong so hard to locate, once arrived apparently I was staying at a different property ? Was promised a room with an ensuite bathroom, didn't get one, shower did work so had to use another from the floor up. Carpet and floor look like it hadn't been cleaned in years, bits all over the floor as well as big rips in the carpet. The woman who let me into the property left a pile of rubbish at the bottom of the stairs and it stayed their the whole time. Good job I'm skinny because theirs almost no room to open the shower as its blocked by the toilet. ABSOLUTELY FREEZING! no central heating, just had a small little heater in my room that was pathetic and once you was more than 2 feet from it you was stone cold. Was kept awake all night because of 3 homeless men shouting out in the street all night, one even slept on the doorstep of the property. The street is full of hostels, as soon as I parked my car on the street you could smell the strong stench of weed, constantly loud arguments and drunk youths could be heard. Absolutely abysmal area and property, I'm stunned the they allow this property on their site. Do not stay here

Nothing could not gain access to the property to check in. No one answered the door. The experience was appalling.

Everything. Appalling service. Could not gain access to check in. No answer when door knocked on. Contacted OYO. Gave me a number that was not valid to ring. Contacted OYO IN London. Was on the phone twice for nearly 30 minutes trying to sort it out. They could not resolve it. Kept saying we will send you a code to get. Not key code on door to use. When they realised this they said book somewhere else and we will refund your hotel money. Stuck on to door step for nearly an hour. Absolutely a dreadful and appalling service, completely unhelpful at resolving the situation. My advice, NEVER USE OYO TO BOOK ANY HOTEL OR ROOMS ANYWHERE I CERTAINLY WILL NOT BE.

This was the worst place i have ever been to...ever. the place was filthy, my room door would not lock, the shower didn't work, the toilet had days old faeces in it, no wifi, and the street was full of hostels, and people off their heads on drugs, shouting, fighting, and not somewhere you would stay with your family or leave your car unattended. 100% do not stay here. If i could, i would give this a ZERO, horrible, horrible, accommodation.

TV had Netflix

I didn't like how I arrived rang the owner he said he would be there in 15 mins he would need to drive around and waited for a hour multi able phone calls kept saying he was coming and then he walked out house 2 doors up place was cold and shower wouldn't work worst place iv ever even seen some get punch out side it who was staying there

They weren't at the property and we couldn't get in. Left stranded in Stockton, they did not answer the phone. Took payment. The fact they have security guards on the street is a huge warning sign not to stay on that street. Avoid at all costs
