Excellent location with a balcony with ocean view and causeway view. Right across from the famous Oceanic restaurant and a great coffee shop, Sun Day. Nice efficiency apartment style place

The pool was always closed, even though it was in the season when it should’ve been open. We were in a time crunch to check in and shower for our daughter’s graduation. No one was to be found in the office. Came in after about ten minutes. Then upon getting in the place, realized we only had towels for two people despite a reservation for three.

Perfect location! Right across from the beach and a great restaurant, The Oceanic, which is on Crystal Pier. Also across the street is Sundays, a great coffee shop. Apartment was bigger than I expected, had a full size oven and stove and was pretty comfy. Great for a family vacation! Air conditioner was amazing, place was always cool. Was decorated in a cute beachy theme. Balcony was nice and we could see the ocean.

Balcony had some nails sticking out you had to be careful walking on barefoot. Could use higher quality sheets and bedding.

We think Room 304 may be one of the best rooms because there is a good view of the ocean. The shower head works well and the bed was comfortable. The renovation of an old building was well done.

Coffee pot did not work well. One outlet in the living room did not work. Older buildings don’t have as many outlets as newer construction. Might consider lamps with USB ports for all of the technology.

The location was perfect, for beach access. The Oceanic Restaurant and Crystal Pier were just across the street from the Sand Peddler, too. The suite was spacious for two people and had a balcony with an ocean view. The staff was fantastic!

The TV did not have major channels that I could access, but there were hundreds of viewing options. Fortunately, we don't go to the beach to watch TV.

The ocean water could've been warmer. Lol There was nothing I really didn't like. Maybe the ancient electric stove could be replaced. We didn't even boil water, but if we'd needed to cook...

Very nice, clean, beautifully decorated apartment. Easily accessible to the beach. Restaurants within walking distance.

No ice (manager said a new ice machine was scheduled to be installed the day we left). Ridiculously bright lights in the parking lot at night. Blackout shades needed in the bedroom.

The room was very relaxing for my husband, and I found the area accommodating and convenient to restaurants, coffee shop, and the beach within walking distance. We enjoyed relaxing on the porch/deck. We look forward to staying again in the future.

no real complaints, but stained rug in living room gives the party central impression of other seasons… also, because there is no carpeting (which is great), throw rugs on bedsides would reduce sand in bed!

The staff was very attentive and friendly. Our condo was well equipped and comfortable, the AC cannot be beat.

The room wasn't too clean on arrival. Tub drain was clogged with hair and the shower curtain was moldy.

They provide the parking space and is beside to the building. Very flexible.

The need to change the iron on a very old and dirty. The bathroom has limescale and the water cannot be stay,for a hot bath.
