Staff were very pleasant but weren't on duty much. Basic teas & coffee but not enough for our 2 night stay. Had to ask for a top up. Beds very comfortable. Adequate facilities in room & enjoyed the fact that the fast food facilities were close by & nice. Nice & quiet for our stay. Nice TV .

Heated towel rail in bathroom didn't work . Storage heater wasn't on long enough to warm room. Towels didn't dry & didn't have room service so not sure if this is standard with a 2 night stay so we had to ask for clean towels as they were still damp on the 2nd day. No individual bedside lamps so both had to stay on!!! One of the rooms we had booked wasn't very clean .

Generous, clean, light airy room with good, clean en-suite facilities. Very comfortable and relaxing bed with plenty of pillows. Godd nights sleep and a very refreshing shower in the morning. A very good stay.

The hotel offers free wi-fi, which is an added bonus. However, we found it very difficult to login and had to get a member of the reception team to assist. It took him a several attempts before connection was made, so all was well in the end. Reading feedback on line, it would appear we are not alone in experiencing this problem.

Great Value for a quick one night stop over for a meeting the following day. Clean comfortable my only negative is there is only McD for a meal option as we were late in. Your staff member was extremely helpful when checking in and our door handle came off. He swiftly provided us with an alternative room.

Perhaps a food delivery offer if you are arriving after most of the services are closed. I don't neat McD and therefore there wasn't another choice other than a sandwich. Perhaps local pub information to hand.

After a frazzled day we arrived to a very warm and friendly welcome by Nick on reception he really cheered us up! He could not have been more helpful. The room was spotless the beds were super comfy and very quiet in the room considering motorway location. The shower was great waterfall style and plenty of clean towels. Checkout was super easy and we met another member of staff on the way out who was lovely and polite holding doors open to help us through with luggage. Very impressed with customer service and good value for money. Would definitely use a Days Inn again Thanks Nick and Co.

Nothing I didn't like and I'm not easy to please!

Lovely staff. Check in and check out were a breeze. Location was perfect to break up a long drive to Cornwall. I had very low expectations but am now so glad that I did book. The room was a decent size and clean. The bed sheets and pillows smelled fresh. Window was large and curtains did not let in too much light. The shower was AMAZING!! Hot with great pressure. Nice fluffy towels. Will definitely book again!

If I must nitpick, the mattress was a little harder than I am used to but it seemed to sort out my sore back after the long drive… perhaps they are onto something!!

I was welcomed in a friendly and efficient manner. I was breaking my journey on to Cornwall and Day’s Inn was in the ideal location. The Taunton southbound service station has good facilities and ideal location. I was very pleased with the cleanliness and decent quality sheets, and a quiet location. All for a very reasonable price.

For me personally, I have no adverse comments. I noted that they even have a good arrangement if bringing a dog, which I noted for the future.

Loved the size of the room, it was very quiet in the countryside, and it doesn’t have a shower but a bath which is what I love personally. I am not a shower fan. It’s an en-suite bathroom and is big. A big double bed in the room. An opportunity for increased growth for local supermarket or market plus public transport could be here. A desk available for doing anything remotely.

The lack of public transport to get here put me out financially, it would have been better to stay in the town. Roadchef and garage prices extortionate, no proper healthy food options. Automated where it was tricky to get a receipt from MacDonalds. Staff are reliant on their own transport via a motorway only. Trekking through with large luggage in countryside is not an option. I do not blame the inn for that, but I did not realise the difficulty of getting here was a little unrealistic, but an awesome quiet stay. Tinnitus with plug points by bedside.

Room was clean and spacious. beds were very comfortable and the water was very hot. Exactly what we needed after a long day travelling with the dogs.

We travelled with dogs but were put in the first room through the door from reception (room 6) - this meant that every time someone went through that door the dogs barked. We have stayed here before and had the room furthest away from reception on the ground floor which was much better

I was really pleasantly surprised. We paid £49 for a room with a double and a single in it. The Bedding was clean. Bed was comfortable. There was plenty of tea, coffee, and sugar sachets in the pot. The shower was the best I've had in years, the water pressure is high, and you get a really envigorating shower to wake you up in the morning! The young lady on reception was really bubbly and friendly..she actually looked like she was happy to be there. My initial thought when we booked was I just need a clean bed.. but this really exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend it.

The bottle of body wash/shower gel was empty, and one of the mugs hadn't been washed properly, Minor issues, though.

Good Location

when booking on the canter, I pay but told to come back tomorrow the following day. the Prise change to 10 more than the expected. first it was not me but their system which am not a happy about. the same guy that said the same thing now change words to something else. am not happy really not happy. very sad. not Excellent in that area.
