Hotel lication right on the beach was perfect, the sand was soft and rather clean and so was the sea water. The pool was clean and if they were too cut some vegetation, it would actually look like an infinity pool.i took great pictures there. All the bars were working and the bartenders were nice and smiling. Anyone can find something they like eating from the restaurant, even though it is not very wide choice wise. The guy from the pancakes was really nice and smiling and so was one older gentleman who was cleaning the tables who looked and acted very profesional. It was nice that they included 2 sun beds and 1 umbrela în the price, because otherwise you would have to pay like 21 leva. They also had airbag conditioning which was good. Also the parking was less than 50m away from the Hotel entrance and it was in the shade.

The room cleaning services were awful. They only took out the room trash 2 times during our 6 days vacation. They did not swip the floors at all they did not change the bed sheets or towels at all and they didnt bring any toilet paper except 1 time. There were no ash trays any where not on the balcony or the restaurant (terace) There were some spiders în the room and the furniture was old and not taken care of. There was no refrigerator in the room which was horible considering the heat outside and the room door locks looked very easy to bust and break in. I know the Hotel is an old one and no one invested anymore but they wouldnt need super luxury for it to be cleaned more often. The staff from the reception did not explain în full all the facilities and we had to figure out some things ourselves. There were no matresses on the sun beds. În our last day we saw a list of things în the elevator saying stuff like : you cant bring the room towels at the beach, you cant "save" sun beds with towels, you can pay for sun beds matresses at the reception.. etc...but no one had one so it was not easy to figure unless the receptionists told you.

The hotel is in a great location not far from the centre and on the beach front. The room we had overlooked the sea and the swimming pool which was great, all the staff at the hotel were friendly and everywhere was clean, the cleaners were lovely and came in and cleaned our room everyday.

The hotel decor is old and shabby, furniture, fixture and fittings are broken, needs a hell of a good paint, complete refurb needs to be done and our bathroom we were not impressed with at all, the tiles were cracked, even though it was clean it was all just so old it looked dirty and stained, our shower head was broken at the wall so we could not shower properly, we had to hold the shower head. We went all inclusive and the food is not bad but not great either, could be a lot better especially when it comes to dessert. The pool also needs a good clean up, some tiles replacing, getting rid off grass from inbetween the paving round the pool just general maintenance really, can be made a lot better than what it is. This hotel could be one of the best in Albena simply due to the location, parking infront of the hotel and great staff they just need to refurbish, refurbish refurbish!! I'm sorry but for the price I would not recommend, you can get a better hotel just down the road for the same price. I would love to come back to this hotel if it has a facelift and will keep my eye on it for the future should it get improved, come on Elitza, invest in a proper make over for this hotel please.

Extremely dirty room and especially bathroom: there was urine on the toilet seat and unflushed toilet when we got there. I cannot emphasise the gravity of the lack of hygiene that we saw in this hotel.
