Perfect location - just a short walk to the main square. New and modern hotel. Very clean rooms. Really large and very comfortable bed.

Overpriced breakfast - suggest to eat in one of the cafes outside. The parking is not included in the price and costs an additional fee of EUR 22.

The location was excellent — close to everything and easy to get around. The staff at reception were very welcoming and helpful throughout the stay, always ready to assist with any questions or requests.

The cleaning staff should be more attentive to detail. In my room, there were two shampoos but no shower gel. I informed reception, but it wasn’t resolved, so I had to go down myself in the evening to get a bottle of shower gel. There was also a notice that if you opt out of room cleaning, you receive a bottle of water — but I didn’t receive one. On the day my room was cleaned, the floors remained dirty, and no noticeable cleaning was done. Additionally, the kettle had water inside, likely left by previous guests, and it was not cleaned during my stay.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The location was great as it was a walking distance from all the major attractions and spots/museums we planned to visit during our stay. The staff was very nice and pleasant (some even spoke our native language - Croatian) and they were very helpful at all times. We requested a crib that waited in our room immediately upon our arrival. The food was good and the hotel was very clean.

We booked this hotel because the listing stated they had their parking, but it turned out that they are partnering with the public parking garage that is near the hotel entrance. BUT, nevertheless, we still decided to use the parking garage because it looked very safe and clean and the hotel made sure that we pay the garage fee on the reception together with our booking for the days we were staying so the whole experience was very pleaant. We would still recommend to stay with them even if you are coming by car.

We had a great stay! The location was perfect and the staff were amazing — super friendly and helpful. It’s also a very pet-friendly hotel, which was a big plus for us. We really appreciated the parking deal through the hotel (24€ instead of 42€/day). The gym was small but clean and well-equipped: yoga mat, squat rack, cardio machines, dumbbells (up to 14kg) and a Unica machine — enough to get a full workout if you’re a bit creative (will provide some photos). Would definitely stay here again!

+ everything perfect, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Room was large with nice view on the city park. Breakfast had very wide variety of meals, everything refilled quickly. Lots of natural meals. Breakfast time and checkout time had very very long hours (till 12pm !) that is very cosy for lazy dogs like me. All major sights, the city centre and the tram just some minutes of walk away. - minor inconvenience : Soap in the men's toilet at the restaurant was not refilled for 3 days.

Nice rooms, good sound isolation, good air conditioning, tea and coffee in the room, comfy beds.

Strange way to serve guests at the reception: you need to ask, request, remind of requests, but when you do, they do what you ask. Also I had twice visitors in the room without proper knocking the door, checking if the minbar is OK, and other services. When you are in the bathroom, and see staff coming in, it is not usual, the least to say. This happened twice. The people are very nice, but the way they serve the guests is not the best, no client rules, I would say. If you move the chair closer to the bed as you need, when you are back to the room everything is rearranged back, even though the rooms are not comfortable to move around due to strange architectural solutions.

Modern, clean, and stylish hotel with a fantastic central location. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast had a great selection. Perfect base for exploring Graz on foot.

There is an underground garage right next to the hotel, but it is not reserved exclusively for hotel guests, so it can feel a bit busy. We also noticed that there were no clear signs in the garage directing guests to the NH hotel entrance — adding this would be very helpful.

Halfway up the Schlossberg already. So no excuse for avoiding the walk. Also, an extensive park on the other side. And all this just steps from one of the main shopping streets.

Attention to your gluten- free guests could have been better. Yes, there was gluten- free bread at breakfast wrapped in plastic, but it was unpalatable. And the Room Service menu, though well marked for allergens (points for that) included not a single item that could have been safely eaten by a gluten-free guest.

Very new, modern hotel with everything working. We liked the quality of materials and design, everything is on a very good level and in perfect condition. Special thanks for the electric pot in the room for making teas and the coffee machine. The cost of room was very affordable, though the breakfast is not cheap. Huge parking is on the sight for 24 eur/day, which I suppose not very much for Graz.

Excellent location. Very good breakfast.

Below the hotel is a garage, which is great; however, there is no elevator, so guests have to drag their luggage up problematic stairs on the outside of the hotel. The staff is excellent and friendly; however, there are no snacks or anything to eat at the bar. The room has several shortcomings; the bed is very comfortable, but cleanliness is not at its highest level. Due to the room's design, there are many areas where cobwebs collect, which are visible to the naked eye. Similarly, the wardrobe is very small and cannot fit two suitcases. For a business trip and a one-night stay, it's excellent; however, for a romantic weekend in Graz (and the hotel is ideally located for this), it's very problematic - for three days, you have to avoid having suitcases in the room.
