Staff is very nice and helpful. It is a great price and convenient for us. We have stayed there a couple times and will probably stay again!

The one thing we did not like was the fact that we could not get the temperature adjusted cool enough for us. We like to sleep with it around 68 and tried to adjust the temp and could not. We survived!

I liked how they had a pool for kids to swim. I liked the free breakfast. the beds were confer-table.

there is some stuff that need to be repaired and replaced like the door handles and bathroom door had to be pushed with a little force to be locked fully. they should also have a bigger fridge and a tv that is not cable but has other medias to watch for the kids. the shampoo and and conditioner were small. we need much more clear instructions when it comes to getting new stuff after used the Wi-Fi was trash. there was no cups in the rooms and no plates for people to put their foot in. the toilet had to be flushed by holding the lever for a couple of seconds.

The bed was comfortable and the A/C kept everything cool. It was nice to have a fridge and a mircowave too. We were on the first floor so it was a short walk to the pool. There were not many people staying at the hotel the same time we were there so we had the pool to ourselves both nights.

Breakfast was not the best I have ever had and the hours for breakfast were over by 9am and we are used to having breakfast offered until 10am. It would have been nice if they had a hot tub too.

Clean. Good, solid mattresses. Good shower. Good climate control.

Coffee was weak. Breakfast was usual 2-star fare and at least had decent sausages, but waffles tasted sour and there were no hard-boiled eggs and yogurt was just one flavor. Bread for toast was very pedestrian.

Staff were great and helpful. Facility was well maintained. Parking with a trailer was easy. Would highly recommend this location.

Busy weekend due to several events in area, which meant a higher daily cost.

We stayed for 10 days. After 4 day with the same breakfast items, I would have enjoyed a little more change.

No elevator to second floor. Staff very friendly and helped us carry some of our bags to our room.

Breakfast was good, not many eggs left and were on the cool side. There was a large group in the dining room area so no place to sit.

They wouldn't give us a copy of our Bill when we left - something about a 3rd party payer but didn't explain.

Close to work, clean

Ac unit is kind of loud, I asked the staff for hot water to make some tea and she said we don’t have You have tea packets but no hot water! I checked in around 1am, Cleaning crew nocking on the door at 8:45 woke me up..

The room was clean,the staff were very friendly. Good breakfasts . Bed was comfortable.

Carpets in room appeared to be clean, but could use some updating. We were disappointed that there is no longer a hot tub, perhaps the website should be updated to indicate that.

Booked for location and price. Both were good - close to our relatives in Sun Prairie. The building is older but it very clean and comfortable. everything met or exceeded expectations.
