Everything about the hotel i stayed 5 nights and not even once i felt it was not ok The i arrived 4 hours early the staff was very kind and helpfull they checked me inn early without any problem The roo. And bathrooms were so clean and room was fresh and so did the toilet. Very comfortable bed and the view was beautiful. Breakfast was great all what i needed was there , serving was great 👍 Very helpful for managing my trip outdoors was supper they explained very well . Cleaning staff was so sweet . Parking was super easy. I used there swimming facilitie and spa all was fantastic. The location was perfect transportation like train , bus stop. Bakery . Grocery . Medical store all were less then 5 mins walk . So i would recommend this hotel for everyone. I loved it been in hundreds of hotels in germanyand iut side i found this great 👍

I didn't find any negative point Just one small thing i really wanted to see a kettle and tea bags in my room .

The hotel was in a good location for trains and buses. The staff were helpful and polite. The hotel was clean and well maintained and with good underground parking which had an additional charge of €8.50 per night. I was happy to pay this knowing that my car was safe while we visited different locations we found the Restaurant to have a good choice of food and found it to be of reasonable value. The food that we had was nicely cooked and of good quality,our bedroom was clean and tidy and of good size with a balcony and views of the mountains behind we made use of the spa facilities Which again were clean and tidy but be aware that the sauna is strictly naked we weren’t put off by this. There was a good choice of food at breakfast time. I would stay at this hotel again and feel very comfortable in recommending it.

Positive experiences from the moment we arrived. Great parking and easy access to hotel, facilities and room floors. Great staff, clean, comfortable bed, bathroom, pool and wellness area. Great breakfast super friendly staff.

We didn't get a chance to try the restaurant. It is obviously very popular as we could not get a reservation at a time it suited us. Next time 🙂

I liked everything! Wish we could stay longer. Perfect location in the city centre but still not loud. Excellent breakfast-anything you can wish for. You can take many walks in the area. The staff was very friendly. One of the receptionists (young, tall, blond, glasses) gave us a very good advice on hiking. Welcome drink (coffee/tea/prosecco/juice) was very much appreciated. I was positively surprised by the morning post! Also the architecture of the whole hotel is on point. Large but still very cosy. You have an option to book a profesional massage done by an expert. We haven’t tried the pool or sauna but next time we will for sure! Also the parking was not too expensive. Everything in this hotel is very well executed. Wa want to come back again.

The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and kind. They answered our travel-related questions and assisted with a few inconveniences — we’re truly grateful for their support. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a complimentary bottle of sparkling water. There was also a balcony, but since it faced a wooded area, we didn’t end up using it. Breakfast was absolutely amazing — a wide selection of breads, cheeses, cold cuts, and fresh fruits, plus freshly cooked eggs and meat, along with a variety of coffees, juices, and teas. It was such a treat to start the day with a breakfast like this. The hotel also has a spa and swimming pool, but unfortunately, we couldn’t use them as we didn’t bring swimsuits.

The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all in our room. When we brought it up to the front desk, we were told “we can do nothing,” which didn’t feel very helpful or reassuring.

The hotel has an underground garage at an acceptable price. It is in a quiet neighborhood, without noise and crowds. The breakfast was decent. The hotel met our needs and expectations, without any major complaints.

The hotel is not very close to the city center, and there is no public transport in the later hours. The hotel is already quite a few years old, although it is not in a bad condition, perhaps they should start thinking about renovation. Rooms are cleaned every other day due to "concern for the environment". OK, we'll believe that's the reason…

Clean, comfortable, had a chance to use the finnish Sauna and a pool, breakfast was very tasty.

We were travelling with a dog and got redirected to a separate room to eat a breakfast. It felt a bit awkward, but rules are rules I guess. I didn’t like that I had to pay additionally for the dog. He had his own bed so nothing is ever prepared for him and for a short stay there is not a single hair or any smell left in the room either, so for me it is Always a payment that I cannot really justify because there is no real work connected with the fact that you host people who have a dog with them.

Big room, with balcony, and great shower. The bed was comfortable with two pillows, one soft and the other hard. The room also included a comfortable seat with an ottoman for the feet. It was also very quiet. The breakfast buffer was great, with lots of different items meeting most preferences. The staff is friendly and helpful, and truly make you feel welcome. I did not try the fitness room, but the pool and sauna were good.

They did not provide an electric kettle in the room for making tea or coffee. This would have been really nice after a day hiking or walking around the area, and I really missed it. The steam bath in the sauna area seemed to have problems because it did not produce much steam. I reported it on the first day, but not much improvement after.

1. The hotel is located far from the street, so it is quiet, which is the most important thing for an overnight stay. 2) The room is large, clean, there is a balcony. 3) There is also a sauna and a pool, but you won't be able to swim in it, since it is very small (5-7 m) 4) There is an excellent restaurant downstairs - we haven't eaten so deliciously for a long time, and the waiters are great. 5) The receptionists are very nice.

Cons: 1) Check-in at the hotel is stated to be from 3 pm, but we had to wait for more than an hour, as the room was not ready. However, the staff offered water or coffee and gave us a candy. However, for a 4 star hotel such a delay is not welcomed. 2) the wifi in the room is very bad, although it is good downstairs near the counter.
