The location was great. We walked to the Greenville Zoo and Unity Park was only 5 minutes away by car. We enjoyed the city view from the hotel room and the downtown vibe. The hotel was nice and clean and the pool was fairly private up on the 6th floor balcony. We will definitely stay again and check out more attractions. A lot of stuff was within walking distance.

The fridge in the room was almost unusably small. It was probably half the size of a dorm fridge. The beds were okay, but it felt like a puffy mattress cover over a hard mattress and could've been a little more comfortable.

It was absolutely amazing! I’m a survivor of sex trafficking and was just recently rescued after 15 years. I have never felt so safe and been able to enjoy myself the room the pool the atmosphere of this place. It’s so nice to make a new memory in an atmosphere that I never thought I would be able to think of differently. I don’t know that I will ever be able to afford this again until I get more established on my feet. However I will be graduating a program I’m in for survivors and addiction next month and I pray to be able to make it happen. Thanks to each and everyone that works there in all parts the front desk staff that checked me in as well as the ones that worked today deserves 100 stars They went over above and beyond great personality’s and attitudes.

Great location so it was easy to walk to the places we wanted to go. Trendy and fun vibe.

I reserved the room for my family of 4 and this was noted in the room reservation. There were only 2 sets of towels in the room so I had to call for more so that we could all take showers. Then after 2 showers, there was no more shower gel. Apparently it had not been refilled between reservations. We weren’t offered water for our rooms, even though the guests checking in before us received bottles. This was our second stay at this hotel so we obviously like it, but I feel like they dropped the ball this time.

Loved not only that it was pet-friendly (no pet charge!), but our room even had portraits of dogs as decor. It was all very clean and modern feeling. Parking was a little confusing, but we figured it out. We had come for the July 4th fireworks, so I loved that we could walk to that as well as to restaurants. We would definitely choose this hotel again.

The only thing I'd change is to somehow add a dedicated dog walking area. As it is, you just have to go down on the street, and there's really no grassy area right outside the hotel. Also the elevators were extraordinarily slow, so we generally just took the stairs.

The room was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for a quick Christmas/anniversary getaway. Loved the comfy bed and access to movies. The drinks at the bar were priced well and the outside area was nice on a cold night.

The elevators were not both working so this was an issue on Dec. 27th with lots of people checking out and using the elevators at the same time.

The staff and facility were great..👍🏾. Super friendly.. Everything was so convenient.. and the surrounding area was accessible.. with great activities. With food and events. The bar was great with live entertainment

The bed that we had was a Little uncomfortable. The mattress sinked a little.. but all other amenities in the room were on point 👉🏾

i understood it but don't like that rooms don't have microwaves. not a fan of paying good money to have to leave room to heat up leftovers from meals out. no freezer in fridges and fridges definately too small. pool small and only 4' deep. but overall, decent stay. the bed was super super comfy. 😍 i used booking.com. left review for booking.com and they took it down. i'll definately NEVER use them again. they take reservation in a heartbeat but then don't communicate with hotel.

Staff was AMAZING! When Aloft tells you they are pet friendly, they’re not exaggerating. I brought my GSD, and every time we walked through the lobby there was a staff member there asking if he/she could pet my dog and offered him treats. Every. Signle. Time.

Only one elevator was in service.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful with every issue we had. Great customer service! The location is very convenient.

Navigating the elevators for the parking garage and hotel check in was very complicated. The lighting in our room was really weird. Turning on the bathroom switch lit a really bright light in the bedroom area and we could not find a way to separate them.

I was here on a girls trip. The location was perfect for us to walk to all the places we wanted to go in Downtown Greenville. Great place to stay, very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, safe, beautiful views, and a great pool!

You couldn't ask for a better place to stay. There was nothing that we didn't like about our stay.
