The property is the part of cultural heritage of Polignano and is maintained well to preserve the grace. It gave nice experience for being a part of the culture while maintaining the modern day comfort. The location is on the Grottos right on the waters of Adriatic Sea and Mediterranean Sea. The view is just to experience personally- not to describe in words. It’s in the middle of ethnic old town which is the the attraction of Polignano.

The breakfast was so extensive with a homely service that it resulted in to little extra eating.

Our room had seaview and was fantastic. You look directly on the rocks and the water. The B&B is located in the old town of Polignano with direct access to the little streets and many restaurants. It is also not far from the little beach where you have direct access to the sea. (but beach is very crowded when the weather is nice)

Although the view is magnificent, we found the price too high for the full package. Compared to other B&B's in the region of Puglia, we didn't feel the passion of the owner renting a B&B. The contact was rather straight forward, a little bit cool. You could choose coffee for free but from an automate/machine. Being in a country well-known for its coffee, this really felt as a cheap solution and degradation of your national product on which you should be proud as an Italian.

THE VIEW from our Juliette balcony.!!!!!!! To die for with 100's of swallows zooming in and out of the caves below and the endless azure Mediterranean plus a toilet with a view! Breakfast on the rooftop terrace and the breakfast itself was delicious. The owners were warm, delightful and extremely helfpul.

A once in a lifetime stay. The view from the balcony of our room was directly over the cliffs of Polignano A mare and to the ocean. You feel as though you've walked on to the set of A Talented Mr Ripley. The staff are extremely helpful at all times and the breakfast, though basic, is delicious.

The property is tired and the furniture is old (some broken). This does however, become instantly charming when you open the window to the balcony. The room is basic, but very comfortable. It is the most authentic Italian stay.

Pierluigi went out of his way to help us when we arrived so we could drop our cases off early and go and explore the town. He was always happy to answer questions and suggest places to eat, beaches etc. The B & B is fascinating and very dramatic, overlooking the sea, high up on the cliffs. There are many comfortable places to sit including the lovely roof terrace which nobody seemed to use apart from at breakfast so it was like having a private viewing platform!! The room was good. The location, in the middle of the old town, clise to bars, shops and restaurants was perfect. Breakfast was ample.

The bed was rather hard.

This is one of the most wonderful hotels on the seashore with a large terrace overlooking the sea. The staff is extremely friendly, the location is uncompromising in the very center, the rooms are very interesting, the breakfast is very good on the terrace with a view of the sea like in the movies. We recommend it to everyone, if we are in Bari, we will definitely stay here again.

An amazing property in the heart of the old town, with incredible views from your bedroom over the water. The are only 4 rooms in the property with a shared lounge on the second floor, as well as the balcony, also overlooking the water. The balcony is where a fantastic breakfast is served every morning. Our host was a good communicator and has lots of helpful suggestions. We would definitely stay here again if we ever went back to Polignano a Mare.

The air conditioner was a bit noisy the first night, but after that, it was cool enough to have the windows open instead.

Beautiful. Historic. Perfect location in the center of Polignano A Mare with our window overlooking the sea, right above the cliffs, wow. We heard the waves outside which lulled us right to sleep. The room (Seneca) was stunning with period pieces true to the building's history, yet modern with its small fridge, heater, AC and hot water. We were greeted with friendliness and grace and cannot wait to return! Remember that this is in the middle of the historic district of the village, which (like all historic centers in Italy) do not allow outside cars, so park only in designated spots and then walk into the village. We parked 450 meters away and had a wonderful stroll through the village before reaching the palace. Thank you Relais Del Senatore, and see you again soon!

Parking very difficult Breakfast OK - but better selection of fruit would improve Outdoor terrace is a wonderful location. But would benefit from a good daily clean and tidy up

What a view - it was stunning - so close to the sea- wish we had more than 2 days. Breakfast was on the roof terrace and was looking out to sea. Very spacious room which was very clean and beautifully decorated. Easy to understand entry details and the host was very helpful

There was someone playing the piano nearby until midnight but I think we were unlucky!
