We loved this apartment . It is spacious, modern , comfortable with everything a family needs to travel . Small kitchen plus a washing machine and drying room is the shower room . Excellent drying ! You can easily get a number of buses too and from Hakata station just use google maps to give you the best time and bus stops . There is a 7/11 5 minutes walk for food and several small other restaurants . The secret to easy check in is to read your confirmation email and check in on line. This will give you your access code to the front door . When you get inside you complete check via a phone call made through the check in screen . The attendant gets you to scan your passport and put the tax in a box so have these ready .

It was perfect . Perhaps a clothing line to hook up in the bathroom would be a good addition ?

Nice leisurely walk to Hakata station. Location was in a quiet area, with lots of konbinis and food places along the way. Room was large! Kitchen was a nice surprise. Loved having the dryer option in the shower room.

The location of the toilet was very odd. It was on the other side of the room by the entrance door instead of being close to the shower and vanity sink area. The couch in the room was uncomfortable (low to the ground).

The property is about 10 mins walk from Hakata station and across from a park in a quiet street. Great option for a family with plenty of dining options.

When we asked how we could have the rubbish removed we were told it only happens at the end of the stay despite being their for 6 nights, and that there were no more bags available.

A large room for a family of 5. Good washing machine, bathroom acts as a drying room. Very quite location, 800m from Hakata Station. Good sound proving as we never heard anyone else in the building!

Hotel is unmanned so they cannot receive luggage via Takyubin or store luggage. That was fine for us as I knew this ahead of time and made other arrangements.

The place is 11 minutes walking distance to Hakata Station. You can even walk to Canal City if you fancy walking. The room was spacious enough to accommodate our family of 7. The washing machine and bathroom/clothes dryer were so helpful. The amenities were an additional plus factor.

I hope they had more pillows. 😅

Location and its very huge and provides the basic needs of my family. Perfect smart TV with streaming App lile Netflix makes our kids enjoy their stay. Near train station and food resto and kombini.

Motion light at the entrance disturbs the one sleeping on the bed near the entrance door. Limited Toilet Tissue paper No extra garbage bags No cleaning of the room at least every 2 days.

Huge comfortable room. Small kitchen and laundry. Big shower room with tub. Nice lighting. Easy check in. Great wifi, and power connection and usb sockets at all beds. Ground floor, means it’s easy to get luggage in and out.

The toilet is right in front of the three beds. Can hear everything… not very private. No basin in toilet room, so have to walk through kitchen to wash your hands after toilet. Other than that it is perfect. (It is only 400m from the station, but when your tired or have luggage… it seems like it is a lot further!)

Awesome big room with good beds and facilities.

There are too many signs posted around the room with rules. Makes you feel uneasy. Remember most people are here on their holidays. This is not setting a good mood. I suggest putting all the rules in one obvious place, not on every wall possible.

- TV angle/position: when lying down on the bed, we couldnt watch TV properly - sofa: the sofa was not comfortable because it was too low. it was also blocking the window/balcony door, so it was hard to go out

Clean and spacious, managed to get a good deal for a triple room.

I was given the room on level 1, the wall is not sound proof. you can hear people walking through the main door and pressing the passcode. Fortunately, it wasn’t too crowded during my booking.
