The stay overall was great. Breakfast was delicious and the kids had so much fun. Pool a bit small for the size of the hotel as it was busy. The room was good however upon walking into the room there was sheets on the side from the change over ( we put them in a drawer) and some tool left on the desk. The door also was not closing properly, you need it to push it to shut it. But overall it was good.

The hotel was perfectly located for a family event we were attending close by. The front desk staff were helpful and extremely friendly, check in was a breeze. Free parking was appreciated with lots of spaces available. Our room was quiet, very large, clean, and the bed was comfortable. I didn't partake in the breakfast myself, but my family members who did said it was a great selection and that the warm cinnamon buns were delicious. Would definitely return here again for future stays/visits with family in the Orleans area.

Small issue with hot water in the bathroom sink initially, (room was on 5th floor) but after running it for a while, it was fine (not an issue the morning after). Pillows could have been a bit firmer. Neither a big issue though.

Room and the breakfast was very good.

Front office male staff who was there when we checked in around 10pm, had absolutely no idea of making the customers welcome. No smile or no eye contact and nothing like welcome, how was your journey or anything. Just blank to the point not so polite response. Having the room and breakfast very well managed and the breakfast staff being so kind and helpful, you surely need to be mindful of front office staff as they are the first welcoming face after everyone's long journey.

Great location for our purposes, clean, fresh and new, fantastic amenities, extremely comfortable bed, friendly staff and fantastic complimentary breakfast with almost every choice you could think of. With family in Ottawa, this will be our go-to place to stay for many years to come!

Nothing, it was fantastic!

Very comfy beds, and clean room. The breakfast was great with eggs, hashbrowns and sausage and all the other breakfast foods! The kitchen staff were very friendly. The pool had no heat, but we took a quick dip anyways. There was construction going on but it was very quiet.

Staff was excellent especially Ari!! Friendly and very accommodating to all our requests!!

Nothing really…..just not a great view. Oh and we left early on Sunday (6:00 am) and wished the coffee had been brewing!! We had to ask. Also the body wash was empty!! They did provide us with 2 very very small bottles.

Liked the room Hate the fact that you don’t keep creamers in the fridges!! Those powders make the coffee awful. I don’t want to walk downstairs during a zoom meeting to get real milk.

I didn’t like that there was little left at the breakfast at 9:00. The place was packed. No where to sit. Hated the roaring sounds of traffic coming from the highway which I could throw a ball to.

The property had all the facilities we want in a hotel. Staff were courteous and the place was generally clean.

The facility was generally clean, the pool was dirty later in the evening. While I understand guests created the mess and it was late in the evening, the facility management team should ensure a staff is available to clean till the pool closes. Front desk staff was not rude bit neither was she show any genuine interest in solving or attending to the dirty pool when it was reported.

The staff was good, especially at the complimentary breakfast, Alzira made sure everything was perfect, kept checking to refill the supplies, ensured we never ran out. She was very warm and friendly, same with the staff at desk and housekeeping 😄

The room had a strange smell, not very uncomfortable. The pool showerhead was broken and almost fell on my head while i was there. Rest all was good.

We really enjoyed our stay - we were hoping to use the pool and gymn but ran out of time! The breakfast was delicious and the staff working the breakfast were so pleasant. Also, I like the bigger bottles of soap, shampoo, etc - great move!
