We had a lovely stay here! The facilities were great and there were heaps of activities to entertain the kids. The cabin was very comfortable, the staff were lovely and helpful and the location was excellent with everything so close by, including the beach. The day we were due to leave we got hit by flooding from Cyclone Alfred, and the staff were nothing but helpful ensuring we had what we needed and that everyone was evacuated safely. We would definitely stay here again :)

The fridge was really not cold enough, everything we put in there was lukewarm at best even on the coldest setting. Also a TV with Chromecast, Netflix or something like that would have been good - it was just free to air TV and a basic DVD player so we were a bit limited with what we could watch and had to go out and buy some DVDs to keep the kids amused. The pool at the back was closed during our stay which was a bit of a shame, but we were there in the off season so thankfully it didn't seem to matter too much as the other pool wasn't too busy.

For starters we had a late check in and the lady I spoke to on the phone was super friendly and helpful. She explained how a late check in worked and eased all my concerns. When we arrived at the property the kids were absolutely stoked with the location as it was right near the swimming pool and jumping pillow. Then we walked into our cabin, it was super clean spacious and homely. We placed our things away and immediately went for a swim in the pool. It was a perfect location to the beach, restaurants, ice cream and playgrounds. And only a few minutes drive to all other activities we had booked in. We highly recommend and have already spread the word to everyone I speak too! Thank you so much!

Everything was amazing from the very friendly staff on arrival, a beautiful smelling cleaning safari tent, extremely comfortable beds. It was amazing to have the convenience of the items available to purchase. The kids absolutely loved that every day there was an activity or something happening in the park.

I didn’t dislike anything. Only suggestion would be maybe not have the campsite directly behind the Safari tents as that was quite noisy. But wasn’t a major issue.

Loved the proximity to the beach and shops. It has great family friendly activities onsite. Our unit was very clean upon check in. Lovely and quiet.

What I didnt like is I was provided by email and then again in person, a schedule for the kids club each day and what activities there was. Our kids desperately wanted their face painted and to see the petting zoo - neither happened. The schedule said face painting between 10 and 2pm - got there around 12pm and they had gone home. Waited at on our balcony for the petting zoo to arrive at 330pm and nothing until a textcame.thru saying cancelled due to weather even though it wasn't raining. Kods were devastated. The next day the schedule said window art - turned up - young girl knew nothing about it being window art so had nothing planned. Please keep to the schedule as much as you can and let the young lady know what's supposed to be on each day. If things change, let the parents know!!

On turning up at the Park, Lovely clean site at the Reception Office. Friendly Receptionist. Driving to our Van was easy enough. Great parking beside it, making the car secure and our bikes in the back. The Villa itself was lovely. Very clean, everything we needed for our stay. Great having our own personal bathroom and toilet. Good sized refridgerator to fit everything in. All manchester supplied was lovely and white. The location for us was brilliant. We biked to places but you could walk 450m down to the Esplanade to all the eating places you would want. The beach was right there. Looked safe for young families. We would definitely stay again.

Probably the wet weather hasnt helped, but the roadway needs attention with the potholes. We know our villa was clean as when we opened the sliding door we could smell the fumes of bleach. Maybe a better smelling cleaner might be good, although Bleach does the job.

The cabin was exactly as pictured. The bed was very comfortable and the room had plenty of pillows, blankets and towels. There was enough room for us to set up our portacot and had power outlets in handy spots for both our items and what we needed for the baby. Everything was clean and comfortable. The shower was roomy with great water pressure. Aircon was powerful. Handy key drop off for leaving before the office was open.

Maybe the previous guests left an odour, as the cabin had so much air freshener sprayed that it was headache inducing. Had to air it out for a bit.

Park was in a great location and pool and balloon was a huge hit with the small children.

Our check in was pushed a hour back to them being short staffed instead of getting our unit ready they all were done prior which was silly as we had a unit vacant next to us for 24hrs but all the glamping tents vacant - unsure why they could haven't given us a upgrade or offered one of them at a short fee as we had 3 small children tierd and we were sitting waiting. The second room was extremely small and we had to tip the bed on the side to allow the portacot, was extremely hot in that room also. Overall was a nice area and for the price we would stay again as it was just somewhere to lay our heads while we are up there doing some jobs

Lovely place, wonderful staff, very relaxing & comfortable. 1 block wall to Torquay Beach. We had a cabin for 4/5 days & had a great time. Note: Wifi is VERY slow & basic ATM due to location, staff warned about this so keep it in mind but we wanted down time anyway so not a drama.

Slow/No Wifi but was no big deal as we took ours to Macca's & shopping centre when needed.

The location was great, close to everything we needed to be close to. Playground, bouncy pillow and pool were loved by our toddler and made it easy to keep him entertained without leaving the caravan park.

Only being given 1 key and fob. I left my husband and son at the caravan park numerous times to meet family in preparation for a wedding but had to leave the keys with my husband so he could lock the cabin when leaving to go to the playground etc which meant I needed to ask reception to open the gate for me. This seemed to frustrate them however it was leaving my family unable to leave our cabin while I was out or ask reception to open the gate. I would suggest having an option to provide at least 2 fobs, not all families will do everything together all the time so it would make life much easier.

Perfect location near beach and shops. Very quiet and peaceful and beautifully maintained grounds.

Cabin could do with a revamp, curtains faded, floor tile outside bathroom patched up with tape and housekeeping was lacking. Bed linen only change once in 17 days and only on the double bed.
