I liked that the facility was 2 miles from the entertainment I was in town for.

We had to change rooms 2 times during our 2 day stay: first room's toilet was clogged and the 2nd room doesn't have proper working heat. We were cold for that night because I didn't wanna chance getting another room with anything else wrong with it.

This was the perfect loction for an affordable stay. I stayed two nights. The owner/manager was very polite to me, let me check in early, and was very informative and plesant. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was perfectly fine. I've seen bad reviews here from other guests, which honestly baffle me. I think for the price you pay this is excellent. I think this was a good place and I'd stay again.

Sure, the furniture is a little dated and the reception area isn't the most welcoming, but I don't really care about these things. I have nothing else negative to say.

(MCC) Weekend I didn't have to pay for parking, I could jus walk across the street to see the parade. Very close to restaurants, interstate, downtown perimeter. This hotel worked best for me for what I was in town visiting. I hope to get this location next year too.

Facility have no hotel amenities for guess. No complimentary breakfast, vending machines.

This was my second time here. I really think this is great value for the location. Both trips I was interested in baseball and breweries and for that, the location can't be beaten for the price. Manager has always been pleasant. Shower pressure excellent.

They could do with providing more towels.

It was fairly quiet. The room was very clean and smelled good. Great A/C. All plumbing and electrical were good and operational.

Location and outer appearance gave some pause. (No trash laying about) Some minor maintenance issues ( need toilet paper holder.

The bed is very comfortable and I love the pillow. The price is not bad.

The building need fix a lot. The elevator is not clean then I decide to walk the stairs.

The decor in the lobby needs some TLC. Maybe play up the name Kings Inn, with some inexpensive royal looking colors and decorations and furnishings.

Good service at reption on check in in early evening.
