I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood in Providencia, conveniently close to key destinations in both Providencia and Las Condes. The metro station is just a five-minute walk away, making it easy to get around the city. The manager, Luciano, along with the entire staff, was exceptionally professional, kind, and always ready to assist with any issues or questions. The apartment was spacious and featured a very comfortable bed, ensuring a restful stay. The hotel provides 24-hour reception and excellent security, which offered me great peace of mind. The Wi-Fi connection was strong and reliable, and the lobby was a comfortable space to wait if arriving early or departing late. Everything about my stay was perfect, and I’m already looking forward to returning in the very near future.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Everything was perfect. It is located in a quiet little square, close to all the points of interest in Providencia, a 10 min walk from the Los Leones metro station. The cleanliness is impeccable, there is a 24 hour reception desk, the gate is locked all the time giving a feeling of security. The apartment is spacious, with a comfortable bed, a friendly living room and a balcony overlooking the mountains. The staff and the manager Luciano are all professional, friendly and gave me support in everything I needed. If I return to santiago I will definitely make the same choice for accommodation.

Overall a really good place and very convinient. The apartaments are nice and clean, breakfast was good (it's served on the apartment the night before, they leave a tray in the kitchen with bread, eggs, cheese etc) and most of the staff was super friendly and helpful. At the time we made the booking, the prices were good in comparison with others in the area. Would stay again

Just a couple of things to have in mind - we made our reservation in USD and in recepetion were told they would only take cash. We ended up paying in pesos using our card but they didn't change the extra 18% VAT which is good, so just make sure you're clear with them. We also asked for a slightly later check-out (30min after) and they didn't seem to be keen to entertain. Overall, nothing that spoiled the stay.

24 hour reception, very comfortable bed, and all the kitchen amenities needed to prepare breakfast. The high speed internet was also great.

We were in unit 101, which doesn't offer much privacy. It is pretty well ground level. Our windows opened right to the walkway leading to the main entrance and to the front street. We kept the blinds down the whole time. There also aren't any decent size grocery stores nearby to get fruit or decent stuff for breakfast. Just some convenience stores. We mostly spent our time on day trips out of the city, so it was fine. But I wouldn't recommend as an option to explore Santiago by foot as it is a bit far from the center.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Located in a safe and in a quiet neighborhood of Providencia Close to buses. We had a small apartment with a very comfortable bed. The small kitchen was adequate for preparing breakfast. Within walking distance of Costanera shopping mall. The cost of our stay was very reasonable. The room was cleaned every day.

The kitchen could be better stocked with pots and pans, utensils, etc. But it was a enough to get by.

The apartment was spotless with everything that you needed. The location is amazing, it is in a nice, green and safe area in Santiago; we enjoyed strolling around the neighbourhood and visit some restaurants closed by. It is also easily reached by metro, bus or car; that make it easier to get know other places as well. The staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful. Thank you! We will come back for sure!

Pillows didn’t suit us at all, It was just too hot to sleep some nights. Fan helped a bit The couch and chairs were plastic so not comfortable in such heat. I thought we were booking a room with a balcony so we’re disappointed as a month is a long time with no outside space to relax in Kitchen utensils were poor. No sharp knife to cut anything. I thought there were laundry facilities.

Location was in a very safe part of town. 15 min walk to many restaurants. 5 min walk to get to local mini mart for fresh fruit etc. Central to get to downtown Santiago Security and staff were great. Kitchen in the apt provided all the necessities we required.

Be aware that there are 4 floors and no elevator. May be tough if you have accessible issues. Otherwise no complaints

Very comfortable, light and bright apartment, in a green part of town. Very close to shops, restaurants, laundry service and metro, al within 5-15 min. walk. Very friendly and helpful staff, great housekeeping. Kitchen has everything you need. We had a lovely stay !

Great location in a nice Santiago neighborhood. Over all clean rooms. In the common kitchen area they provide chilled bottled water for the guests. Around 20-25 minutes from the city center by taxi/uber.

There is an elementary school next door that might wake you up if you are planning to sleep in.
