Alhamdulillah our experience at Oberoi Madinah was excellent. The rooms were very clean and the staff was excellent. The breakfast was tasty and good quality. I would like to specifically mention Ahmad and Ibrahim Hatim who served us during breakfast. They gave us exceptional customer service. Also, Murad and Mohamad were helpful too. They went above and beyond to make sure that we had a memorable breakfast experience. Although the hotel itself is five star quality, I wish I had known before booking that the owners of the hotel are Hindu. To those that prefer to give business to 100% Muslim owned hotels, this is an important fact to consider. Some research into the owners will reveal that they support the radical Hindu majority Indian government, who are oppressing Muslims in India and Kashmere. Just wanted to mention this to anyone who believes this to be relevant when booking their hotel stay in Madinah. Overall, the hotel itself is five star quality and maintains a high standard of cleanliness.

The staff was exceptional, responding to every single request as well as being proactive!! In making our stay the most enjoyable possible. The location is amazing, you are almost in side the Haram you walk 20 mettres and you enter door 339 of al Masjid el Nabawi.

Air condition make noise

Loved the ambience and the way guests are made to feel special. The food variety and quality is exceptional.

I lived almost 800 km away and after coming home realized that I had forgotten my phone chargers. I called and they were found but I was told that those couldn’t be mailed at my address. Would have loved if this service was available especially when the guests are willing to pay the mailing chargers. Please try to incorporate this service.

- Top quality rooms, hygiene, cleanliness, housekeeping, and facilities. - Breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of food to meet all tastes. - Room Service was quick and efficient. - Concierge services were exceptionally fast and very attentive. - Hotel location and proximity to females entrance at the Haram was very close and for the mens is only a couple of minutes (also very close). - fast check-in and fast checkout services.

- beds pillows and mattresses could be a bit more comfortable. - beds in quadruple a bit small. - nothing bad about this property.

I always stay at the oberoi Madina. It is home away from home for us. The staff are so warm and friendly the managers at the restaurant and the waiters go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The cleaning manager and staff checked in on me to make sure I had all the toiletries in my room and to make sure I was satisfied with the cleaning. We stayed in a newly refurbished room which is beautiful and very comfortable. Oberoi madina will always be my first choice of hotel and I pray that I have many more visits here. It’s Always difficult to leave madina and leave the oberoi !

Honestly the most fascinating thing was how they took care of the tiniest details such as lil notes on the bed, providing masks and praying mats..etc even the complementary snacks were super fresh!

The buffet was v good, however dinner was a bit cold and my morning coffee was served room temperature, i had to ask the waiter to remake it. It would be great if they served healthier meals that are dairy-, gluten and refined sugar-free. But overall was v v good!

Warmness and professionalism of the staff, facilities is exceptional, early arrival from the airport, 6 hours before check in during last 10 days of Ramadan, very busy days, I received my room just after arrival at 9:30 AM, food for Iftar and Suhour was served whenever we want in room “Inclusive”, location into the Masjid Nabawi Just an exceptional stay
