Everything about our stay was awesome. The front desk staff were friendly, courteous, and quick to accommodate whatever was needed. We were there to watch some VOLS basketball, and we loved the decor right down to the souvenir key cards made to look like players' college IDs. It was a short walk through campus to the food city arena, and there were restaurants all around the hotel, which was very convenient. The valet had our car ready and warmed up at the front door before we got to the lobby. Taylor, who was our server at the coffee shop and again later at the saloon, was spectacular. She was such a joy to talk to and always had a smile on her face. She also brought us some fantastic long island iced teas! We can't wait to stay here again!

We loved that our stay was right by UT campus. We attended a Vols game, and were easily able to walk to the game and back. Is is also very close to Just Love coffee, so we grabbed breakfast there. The decor was adorable, and staff was very friendly!

it wasn’t super clean. The bathroom and linens were clean, but big things like the curtains and actual bed were dirty (see photos). our little coffee station was also dirty, it had a used cup of water on the table and the creamer was 4 months expired :-/

Rooms were adorable! I LOVED the room key cards! All the local touches were just so much fun and made the stay quite memorable. Location was perfect, we walked right over to Neyland stadium. The free water was awesome!

I wish the coffee in the room wasn't instant coffee. It was disappointing.

Liked the environment especially because we came to visit our two grandchildren and one is graduating in the Spring so staying at the Graduate was perfect. Enjoyed a drink in the bar area with the one of them and he had an apartment within walking distance so it was perfect.

Parking not available. Having to have a valet was a surprise to us but after the car was gone our grandson came and picked us up so it worked out to run around with him. Lots of activity for sure around the hotel. Glad we didn't have to park the car after seeing how busy it was.

Didn’t realize when I booked I would have to be paying for Valet parking and I thought it was over priced and I didn’t like the idea they added a tip in making the extra cost of 50 dollars per day. Website should specific that it is Valet parking and the cost.

The location is in an excellent spot! Just love coffee is right in front of the hotel and a 24 McDonald’s is to the left of the hotel. There’s so many restaurants within walking distance and it’s not far from west town mall.

The only thing that kinda sucked was trying to pull into the hotel. If you didn’t come right next to it by the red light, it was hard to know which way traffic flowed.

Per usual, hotel pillows are awful. But my main complaint is the instant coffee in the rooms, and no complimentary coffee in the lobby. With all the extra touches in decor, valets, etc, complimentary coffee should be available if all the room has is instant.

This was the second year in a row that I stayed at The Graduate while attending a women's basketball game at Thompson-Bolin Arena. You couldn't ask for more as far as a convenient location. It was just a short walk to get to where you are going.

It would of been nice if there were vending machines for drinks and snacks. Since I had stayed there before I prepared for that by bringing a few snacks/drinks from home.

This is our second time staying at The Graduate. Both times for a concert at Thompson Boling Arena at Food City center. The Graduate is in a great location. We were able to walk over to the concert. When we walked back, we were able to walk to our food destination and then back to the hotel. They have valet parking so it was nice not to have to worry about parking.

Proximity to campus, comfortable queen size beds and good shower. Good AC and complimentary water in the room. Great coffee downstairs.

Instant coffee in the room, older property so our room door we had to firmly pull shut or else it wasn’t secure, some sort of spill under the lamp between the beds that hadn’t been cleaned up.
