Good quiet location a short walk to main centre. All staff were welcoming and helpful, free off street parking. Bar facilities were available for a pre-dinner drink in the dining room. Set menu dinner available if pre-booked; many restaurants a short walk away. Comfortable room with all we needed.

The location is very good, only one block from the center. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to restaurants.The room was very comfortable, with good bedding and cotton fabrics.

The curtains in the room were broken, and the street light shone through the broken curtains. I was woken up by the street light at nights.

I worried that since we were a late booking, the place would be subpar, but it was lovely. Location is about a block off the main drag, so it was best of both worlds: walking distance to restaurants, shops and bars, but quieter for being on a residential street. The room was spacious and clean with a cozy table and chairs in a bay window. And breakfast, included, offered a nice selection of hot and cold items and freshly baked pastries, including medialunas. Otto at the front desk is a charming multilingual hospitality pro who also contributed to a relaxed stay.

Clean and spacious room, great staff, great breakfast selection. Nice backyard seating area for having a drink. Bed was large and extremely comfortable. Very close to the main street/shops/restaurants. Excellent hotel to stay if you're thinking of traveling to El Calafate!

It is easy to hear noise from neighbours in the hallway and next door room.

Couldn't understand the reviews giving this hotel super low scores. Our stay was great. Considering the value, the location, included breakfast, we couldn't fault it. Some of the equipment felt like they could do with an update but that's quite trivial. Even the set dinner was good value.

Way too hot everywhere. The heating was full on and made all the areas way too warm. It’s ready for a tidy up all round. Don’t get a room along the main road as it’s very very noisy!

They had 24 hour check in. I arrived very late without a place to stay and booked this place just before midnight then walked over for check in without a problem.

The bathroom was not super clean. Things we still dirty from a previous guest.

We had a good-sized room facing the road with shutters and curtains. Breakfast was great and we really appreciated the secure parking at the rear of the hotel. Staff were lovely. It's a quick walk to the main street and we felt safe walking at night.

Pretty decent hotel, perfectly located right next to the main street. Not the newest one but well maintained. Clean, bright and warm rooms with enough space. Regular continental breakfast, friendly staff.

We had a free upgrade from “booking” but been confused whether the room actually matched the one we supposed to have. Would be great to have kettle or coffee-maker within the room.
