Very clean room, very good bed (the best so far during my 7 year career which involves staying in hotels), the restaurant is sublime.

Well the breakfast was quite sober, some cold cuts, some cheese, no fresh orange juice, too little choice actually. It wasn't the bed I booked, got two single beds and only one blanket. No mini bar, the tv-channels; none English speaking only German and Uzbek (? unbelievable, no? yes Uzbek tv). The bar wasn't cosy.

Room was spacious and clean. Also, it wasn't cold at night, what is common in most hotels in Europe, even when they have a heating system. The breakfast was very complete. I travelled for work and I do recommend it.

I don't really think there's anything that was bad. I had a good experience overall. Please be aware that the plug in Switwerland is very specific. But reception had a plug adaptor available............

We had a family apartment that was amazing! It was spacious and extremely clean! The views were also nice. The kitchen was very clean and we could use it although there were no pans or cutlery available. The decoration was also very beautiful.

I wish there were pans and cutlery available in the kitchen. There was nothing. My car was in the parking lot in front of the reception and when we were leaving someone was leaning in my car. I had to ask the person to move so I could load the car but he stayed less then 1m away. I complained at the reception that this was very inconvenient but nothing was done. After I left, the car's rear light where the person was leaning on started to fail. The city is not beautiful or conserved. There was graffiti all around and unfortunately we decided to leave to our next destination.

The location is excellent. The hotel was closed when we arrived but we got a detailed instructions how can we take over our rooms. The rooms were clean a cosy with a good Internet access. The staff was very helpful and kind at the check in/our procedure.

Small TV without channels in English. I cannot say any more negative about this hotel.

The staff is very kind, attentionate and very efficient. The room was clean and very comfortable. Very good dinner as well. The hotel is only 10 minutes bus away from the center of St Gallen so it is easy to commute.

Rooms are quite spacious and rather modern. Guests are welcomed very friendly. Easy parking and easily accessible from the highway. Public transport card with the tourist tax.

Really clean nice hotel, staff excellent and overall a really good stay. Rooms are spacious.

Only down side is no Air Con, in summer when it gets hot you kind of need that - however, what I will say is that you can leave balcony door open or windows and due to rooms being sizeable it's not too humid and you sleep OK. Everything else very good, staff couldn't have been any more helpful.

Clean. Very Friendly staff. New refurbished building. Room is big.

The gym is small. Because I’m student, so the price is high for me.

Spacious rooms with balcony’s - extremely clean - friendly and helpful staff - there is a lot to like.

It’s unfortunate that the restaurant isn’t open on a Sunday.
