I was alone in the whole hotel, so it was an interesting feeling. The place is very comfortable, the rooms are spacious, especially the bath, Idrija is a fairly quiet place, so there is no real noise anywhere. The breakfast was rich and overall, it is a place to return to.

The bed could be a little bit softer, but I think it is individual preference.

The room was huge, with a big bathroom and shower cubicle. The beds were really comfortable and silent. The water pressure on the shower was great!. Breakfast was good. Walkable distance to center and castle. Best sleep!

No soft boiled egg and restaurant times are not obvious.

Excellent Hotel, close to the center to walk there. Very friendly personal, great breakfast. Large rooms, very clean and fully equipped. Were offered to park our motorbikes in the back of the building. Many different beers which we tried some of later in the evening at the hotel bar.

We arrived on a Sunday and on Sundays the restaurant isn't open. This is of course not ideal, but seems to be somewhat normal that restaurants aren't open on Sundays in Slovenia. Checked others on Google Maps and it was the same. So we ended up in bakery that also sells Kebap and Burgers. I am German and here Sundays are the "big days" for restaurants, they rather close on Mondays or Tuesdays. That was kind of disappointing, but OK. Different countries, different ways to handle things. But that did not have an impact overall on the hotel.

Comfy, clean and big hotel with a delicious diner, really enjoyed my stay.

Staff was friendly, there was a laundry service and when I couldn't figure out how the shower in the bathtub was working I could use the shower in another room.

The food in the restaurant was very good. Bed comfortable.

The experience at early dinner as an only guest was a bit weird. The same inexperienced student from the reception was doubling as a server. He was maybe not instructed well.

Spacious and extremely clean bathroom. Helpful and very friendly staff. Beautiful location. Excellent breakfast, and nice dining area.

Bed is uncomfortable. Very narrow parking place. Overall experience is very good, I'd recommend it. The helpfulness and professionalism outweigh the minor disadvantages.

The personnel was very friendly, efficient und helpful. The breakfast was served according to your wishes, you could order almost everything you like for breakfast and it was all included in the room-rate. The cleanliness of the whole hotel is extraordinary. The modern furnished rooms provided everything you could ask for.

This question does not apply for me, because everything was perfect. Usually I very seldom rate accommodations but in this case I have to give it a 10 !

I thought the room was excellent and the staff were very pleasant.

I didn't have a good nights sleep as the air conditioning was on all night and making a lot of noise that kept me awake. The hotel staff told me it was broken and couldn't be switched off.

The personal was very friendly, the rooms were realy big and comfortable. The breakfeastbuffet were delicious and with a lot different foods.

The hotel is cozy and spacious. The breakfast was so good and it has big servings

All is perfect except that I was shocked that on tv the porn sites was not block so when my child was browsing the tv we were all shocked. It became a comedy experience for us.
