The bed was so comfy, and the room was very clean. The kitchenette is wonderful. There were even pots and pans and a mini electrive stove. I didn't cook, but you would have everything you need to make a meal. There was plenty of parking also.

The only thing that sucked was the blow dryer would only work outside of the bathroom, and it only had a low setting. I could have asked for a replacement, but I wasn't there much, and it was only 2 nights, so I didn't bother. Also, it didn't mention on booking.com that parking is $25/night. That's typical for this area, but part of the reason I chose this place was that I didn't think I had to pay for parking.

Room was very clean and loved that it was cozy. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook and nice glasses for your cocktails. Breakfast had a little of everything you can possible to fill you up for breakfast.

I didn't like that you charge for parking. I never been to a hotel and you have to pay parking where you have paid for hotel. You should buy the parking place next door and have free parking. You would get people to return and they will be telling there friends and family. Since now in the Houston now hotels are charging for parking. Its beginning to seem like Las Vegas. Sorry but I strongly disagree with having to pay for parking at the place you have paid to stay at.

There were a variety of breakfast options to choose from and the area was clean. The hallways and room were clean and comfortable.

The room was supposed to be ready at 3, we arrived at 5:30 and the room was not ready. We were told it would be another 30 minutes. We had a concert we needed to get to, so we were rushing to get ready by the time we got our room. We were also given an inactive key so we had to waste more time going back down to the office and get a new one. When asked if there was any compensation for the inconvenience of the room being late in getting ready, we were told no, nothing was offered, not even a free night parking, snack, or drink.

This is my second time staying here and this has become my go to hotel when I visit Houston. The area is nice, the hotel itself smells good when you walk in, the staff is friendly. The rooms are spacious and are also clean just great.

The only thing I did not like was that I called and asked for an early check in, I was told I could come just an hour early which honestly anything works but when I did come an hour early I was told I had to wait..

Breakfast was really well prepared. It was hot and ready every morning. The hotel was clean and orderly all of the time. If anything was wrong the front desk was very able to take care of it. For example I saw a mess in the elevator and notified the front desk. When I came back from my workout it was completely clean. The front desk staff was professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. They always had a tip for me when I wasn't sure what to do.

I feel like on site, included parking would have set this hotel apart from others. It's a little more out of the way than other hotels I looked at. I understand that there is paid parking nearby, but I did have some frustration that my friends couldn't easily come visit me in my hotel or sit with me for a few hours waiting for my plane, they would have to pay to park for the day even if it was only a couple of hours. The front desk did mention that we could park in the front, for a short time, but we weren't sure what a short time was and I wasn't willing to risk my friends' cars getting towed to find out. I'm not sure that this is something that can really be fixed, just something to keep in mind as you plan your trip.

Room was cozy and felt like home away from home. It’s got everything you need if you didn’t want to leave the room. Little stove, dishwasher, microwave, dishes and a full size refrigerator. I liked that the living room is separate from the bedroom and bathroom. The bed was super comfortable and I slept great, which is rare when I’m somewhere besides my own house. The location is great, close enough to the galleria and other shopping and restaurants, but far enough away that you’re not right in the middle of all the chaos and traffic. This is definitely going to be on my list of favorite places to stay. A+++

Breakfast was very good. the external facilities are ok

A few loundry equipment were with trouble. the room service was unpredictable, many times I had to ask to clean the room, supply toilet paper and coffee saches. The air conditioner was too noisy

Room is spacious and clean, we got daily service alongwith daily change of towels. Parking fee was waived.

Breakfast choice could be better specially some variation from day to day. it becomes monotonous for people staying for a longer term.

Great little hotel in a quiet location with free parking.

Hotel could have a colorful water fountain with an orchestra plating in the back. That would be nice.

The hotel was very clean the staff was very friendly the manager tiger was extremely patient as well as generous with making sure that all of our expectations was meet. Tiger went above and beyond to make sure that my state was very comfortable as well as all of my gas I definitely will be coming back again.
