Breakfast was really well prepared. It was hot and ready every morning. The hotel was clean and orderly all of the time. If anything was wrong the front desk was very able to take care of it. For example I saw a mess in the elevator and notified the front desk. When I came back from my workout it was completely clean. The front desk staff was professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. They always had a tip for me when I wasn't sure what to do.

I feel like on site, included parking would have set this hotel apart from others. It's a little more out of the way than other hotels I looked at. I understand that there is paid parking nearby, but I did have some frustration that my friends couldn't easily come visit me in my hotel or sit with me for a few hours waiting for my plane, they would have to pay to park for the day even if it was only a couple of hours. The front desk did mention that we could park in the front, for a short time, but we weren't sure what a short time was and I wasn't willing to risk my friends' cars getting towed to find out. I'm not sure that this is something that can really be fixed, just something to keep in mind as you plan your trip.

Room was cozy and felt like home away from home. It’s got everything you need if you didn’t want to leave the room. Little stove, dishwasher, microwave, dishes and a full size refrigerator. I liked that the living room is separate from the bedroom and bathroom. The bed was super comfortable and I slept great, which is rare when I’m somewhere besides my own house. The location is great, close enough to the galleria and other shopping and restaurants, but far enough away that you’re not right in the middle of all the chaos and traffic. This is definitely going to be on my list of favorite places to stay. A+++

Room is spacious and clean, we got daily service alongwith daily change of towels. Parking fee was waived.

Breakfast choice could be better specially some variation from day to day. it becomes monotonous for people staying for a longer term.

Hotel could have a colorful water fountain with an orchestra plating in the back. That would be nice.

The room was bigger and better than expected, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The staff were super friendly and inviting. The breakfast options were great.

The wifi was not stable and the housekeepers could have done a better job with daily cleaning.

The hotel was very clean the staff was very friendly the manager tiger was extremely patient as well as generous with making sure that all of our expectations was meet. Tiger went above and beyond to make sure that my state was very comfortable as well as all of my gas I definitely will be coming back again.

Breakfast was wonderful and the staff were very friendly and professional. I had never stayed in that part of the city, but it was convenient to where we wanted to get to.

Everything was perfect. You Can cook your own food, It has a small kitchen but well equipped so you don’t have to worry. Walmart Supercenter is 3 minutes away. Breakfast at the property is basic but generous.

Both nights i stayed the smoke detector went off interrupting my sleep. Thankfully it was no emergency however it was annoying.

I have stayed multiple time in this hotel before pandemic, nice hotel.

post pandemic they have stopped hot omelette bar and overall breakfast quality is dropped. i hope they quickly bring back the good breakfast. earlier they use to give drinking water bottles at hotel reception, that was nice touch, even that has stopped.
