Staff was helpful and welcoming. Bed was very comfortable. I also liked the gym.

The room had an unpleasant odor.

The receptionist "I wish I knew her name" was very helpful during check in as well as accommodating. The balcony and view was supererb, didn't get a chance to try the breakfast but maybe next time. Special thanks to Mrs. Katreen the Guest Relations Manager as she was very accommodating and supported us during our stay the entire time, she literally made our stay so convenient and smooth and relaxing, other hotels need to have the same enthusiasm as Mrs. Katreen, thanks again. Also, much appreciated to Mr. Ahmed Abdou for his help with the luggage as they were very heavy.

The access to the hotel needs a ramp, as we had to carry our heavy several luggage up stairs and then check them into security just to get into the hotel lobby which was very inconvenient for any hotel to have. The toilet was very very small and I'm a big man so ya you can imagine why it was difficult, even the shower tub was small.

Our experience at the hotel was unforgettable, and a huge part of that was thanks to Ahmed at reception. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcomed and safe, going far beyond the expectations of his role. Ahmed checked in on us regularly throughout our stay, offering genuine support and great local recommendations to help us enjoy every moment of our time in Egypt. What truly stood out was his care even after we checked out—he made sure we arrived safely at our next destination, which meant so much to us. Thank you, Ahmed, for your kindness, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality. You are truly a credit to the hotel, and we’re so grateful for everything you did to make our trip so special.

Everything about the hotel is exceptionally wonderful. From the moment we got to the hotel we were greeted by the bell captain, we got to the check-in counter, Noorhan the front desk hostess was very pleasant and very helpful. She is a very friendly professional and helped us when we requested a special request, immediately she checked with her manager and accommodated us. Bell captain, room service and housekeeping staff were wonderful as well. Thank you Triumph Plaza hotel for a joyful stay. Highly recommend and I'll be staying there my next visit 🙂

Good location, nice affordable restaurants inside property (might be slightly expensive from local no menu ones but you wont be scammed). Rooms were nice. Also one of the best gyms I have ever seen in a hotel.

Room heater was missing or ours was not working. We were in a very cold time, so i think normally does not matter. Also not issue with the property, though if you need to cross the road by walking, its like playing video games (blame cairo traffic)

I had a great stay at Hotel Triumph Plaza! Special thanks to Ms. Dina at reception, Ms. Katreen the Guest relation manager , and all the room service and restaurant staff—everyone was so kind and helpful. The room was clean and cozy. The staff showed a lot of support and attentiveness.

The A/C was a bit too cold and hard to control, but they provided extra blankets, which helped a lot.

I got a free upgrade to the business suite, which I found excellent. The suite was large, nicely furnished, and comfortable. The food is great, and prices are affordable compared to other hotels. It is a good place for a family or for business. It was close to the areas of shopping and big malls, by car, of course. The café and hotel restaurants had various options, and all are reasonably priced. A notice to know it's a dry hotel. They don't provide alcoholic beverages in the hotel. That wasn't a problem for me because I don't drink. However, if you want alcoholic drinks, ask the hotel about your options before you book.

I had an exceptional stay at Triumph Plaza Hotel as usual back to 2018, this is the 6th year, I must commend Rahma Tarek, the beautiful receptionist who made our experience truly memorable. Rahma's exceptional service and attention to detail added a special touch to our visit, creating a welcoming atmosphere that enhanced our overall enjoyment. Thank you for the outstanding hospitality! The friendly staff at Triumph Plaza Hotel played a pivotal role in making our stay extraordinary. From the warm greetings in the morning to the helpful tips provided throughout the day, every team member radiated genuine friendliness. It was a pleasure interacting with such a dedicated and welcoming staff, contributing significantly to the overall positive ambiance of the hotel.

The hotel was very clean, quiet and all staff were very friendly. Excellent cleaning staff and laundry service. A refreshing change from the busy downtown area. Despite preferring to eat outside the hotel, I chose to extend my stay here and will return for sure.

The food is mediocre, which is frustrating for such a good hotel. Perhaps this is just my taste, but I found some great restaurants within 5mins from the hotel. There can often be a wait for a waiter to approach you to order.
