There are so many things to like about the Rosewood; the pool, the spa and the food are all top notch. That being said though, the best part was the cleaner assigned to my floor during my stay. She was so sweet to me and had such a lovely smile.

I didn't like the pillows on the bed. They were all super soft so gave no support. I was consequently unable to get a proper night's sleep while at Rosewood. I also did not like the refillable bottled water they provide. I tried it the first day of my stay. It had a musty smell and taste and made me pretty unwell. After that I made sure to buy my own bottled water and keep it in my room. There was also an assumption that visitors to the Rosewood have visited before. I really wasn't given much instruction so felt like a duck out of water many times.

Excellent service I was hosted by the valet named Kristor he was very welcoming and even offered me refreshing juice and guided me to reception to available support to host me. They were very informative and valet took my luggage very quickly. I was surprised how polite and attentive to details the team was . Breakfast was very tasty with wide options to support tastes . Highly recommended

1.While whoever is in charge think that nobody(guests) will notice; the AC mellows down during the night,which makes it impossible to sleep in a place where the temperature is often in the 30s at night. Cheap way to cut cost,especially when you're a 5 star hotel. 2. Some of the staff are overally nice to the point of coming off annoying. The other half has an attitude which borders rudeness(reception especially). I'm guessing cause in their head they work in the 5 star hotel. That fact alone isnt worthy of a 5 star establishment.

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the front desk team, especially Mr. Hisham, for his outstanding professionalism and hospitality. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and comfortable, making us feel truly welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel offers top-notch service, a serene ambiance, and a prime location, making it the perfect choice for our trip. If you prefer quiet room, ask for a room that’s not facing the pool. Had some music background noise on a Friday evening .

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Rosewood Abu Dhabi and was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly and professional staff, which set tone for the rest of our visit. The check-in process was seamless handled by Magz until check-out by Leon. The room is clean and appreciated the greeting done to my wife for her birthday. Pool staff are attentive and pool is amazing. Overall, our stay was exceptional and would highly recommend it. The level of service, comfort, and hospitality truly made it a memorable experience.

The lack of variety of inroom dining for special allergies requests. Nothing complementary, although I booked a suite and arrived very late.. only the coffee, tea, and water were complimentary in the room. One of the reception members told me that the room was booked for the late check out, but I could pay to stay, so I said I won't pay for a shared room. The dining table side was very dark in the living room. There was a bad smell in the room so I bought a small diffuser. Some spots needed cleaning, but the housekeeping took care of it when I called them.

The location is exceptional: close to Saadiyat island, with a pleasant view. There is a lovely promenade that loops around the island (around 4km). The Galleria Mall is connected to the hotel. The service was beyond my expectations. From the butler to the concierge, every single person we interacted with was friendly and helpful! We stayed only 2 nights but managed to build rapport with all of them. The Manor club was particularly impressive, the cocktail canapés and breakfast were particularly tasty and well presented.

Everything ,u can’t choose some and leave others.hotel is really exceptional.it exceeds the imagination for some people who don’t know the brand .but really I have to congratulate the management for the highly qualified staff,staff exceed the word amazing by far.you will feel at home .very warm atmosphere.they understand well what does hospitality mean.you will feel that you treat with one of your family.food was amazing .rooms are more than excellent,big ,and have nice view and hotel location is excellent Special thnx to sig, Silva rooms devising manger and her team . Gamal and hisham her assistants and their rest of receptionists ,also I can not forget Anna and abo,Abdullah el mansoury from concierge Also Sanaa Fromm pier Herme ,and housekeeping staff and for sure Mrs Mona your wonderful and well experienced director of sales and marketing .
