True to many other reviews, this hotel has a lovely, warm welcoming atmosphere offering excellent services in all areas. We stayed for three nights this April. Our Queen Room was Ultra comfortable and spotlessly clean, with an amazing bathroom. Our meals were very tasty indeed and generous. The staff contributed greatly to this wonderful atmosphere with their friendly, diligent attention to detail in response to all requests made. We found a real gem in this Lovely Hotel and will be back in the Atumn.

We didn't genuinely have any dislikes about our stay in this Hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casey's and would stay here again. The location at the center of the Village is ideal, the staff is capable and friendly, and the quality of the restaurant was exceptional.

The only downside was that the bar and restaurant weren't open on Tuesdays, because Casey's is far and away the best dining option in the Village. But the owner explained the problem with staffing he was having which made the need to close on Tuesdays understandable. And we were messaged about the closure prior to our arrival, so it wasn't a surprise.

This is a gorgeous family run hotel in the heart of Glengarriff . It’s ideally located to pop out and enjoy the local pubs and shops . The rooms were comfortable , the food was very nice and I have to mention the exceptional staff ! They were all so pleasant and helpful , a real asset to any hotel . We will be back for sure !

The only complaint would be the sound proofing in the bedrooms . We could clearly hear our neighbours .

Delightful stay in this lovely cosy, family-run hotel in beautiful Glengarriff - a place which has always been special to me. The staff were very professional, welcoming and friendly and made our stay really special and un-fussed. Very comfortable room, nice restaurant with excellent food, so we didn't have to go out under the rain in the evenings. Full breakfast served with a great variety of options on the menu. Only 2 minutes walk from some spectacular and leisurely strolls down to the shore, to watch seals, otters and gorgeous waterfalls. Definitely the gateway to a wonderful holiday for young and old, sporty or sedentary :-)

Some rooms are on the road side of the hotel building (main road to Castletownbere), so if you're noise-sensitive, make sure to ask for a garden-side room where possible for guaranteed peace and quiet :-). Having said that, there was practically no traffic at night time, so no problem getting a great night's sleep!

The room was large with a king size bed. Very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Sufficient parking. A pth in back of the hotel leads to the river and Blue Pool Walkway and ferries to Garnish Island.

One pub down the street played amplified "cover style" music outside from 5- 12 am. Not ideal if you are hoping for an early start in the AM.

We were delayed due to the plane should have checked in at 10:30 Casey’s phoned and we explained and they had some waiting for us upon arrival at 12:30.We had a standard room but everything we needed the bed was massive. Staff are really nice nothing was too much trouble and the cleaner’s came in the room every day location is great your right in the heart of Glengarriff . We ate in the restaurant the food was great I would definitely stay there again A*

The hotel is rated 3 stars but you get 4 star treatment. Beds are comfy and the rooms are quiet. Bathroom is new and has all the toiletries. Staff is very friendly and goes above and beyond. Breakfast is prepared at the moment, mostly options from the Irish breakfast. They have their own restaurant which is a very good option for evenings and popular with locals.

TV channel choices could be better, but one goes to this hotel to explore the surroundings, so not a big deal.

Casey’s has been a little jewel in the southwest corner of Ireland. Comfortable room and bed, excellent Irish breakfast, and dinner in the pub was outstanding.., local food such as lamb and seafood and served hot hot hot! Staff also very attentive and informative. It is a well run, friendly local hotel/pub/restaurant and good value.

A lovely hotel in an excellent position. The rooms we had were huge - ours had a superking bed plus a single, our grown up childrens room had a double bed in the main room plus twin beds in an additional room. Perfect for them. The bathrooms were large and modern with free toiletries provided. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. We had dinner in the attached restaurant which was very good. Staff very friendly.

Had a lovely stay in this beautiful family run hotel in the centre of Glengarriff. Very friendly, helpful staff. Excellent food, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Had a great chat with the hotel owner Donal,about days gone by and would highly recommend a stay here.
