The apartment was very nice, spacious and clean. Balcony and washing machine were really nice additions.

My family and I had a pleasant stay at this hotel; the rooms and service were lovely. However, I would strongly advise against paying for the breakfast. We were charged €19 per person for what was, frankly, a disgusting and very low-quality meal. It felt like a complete rip-off and was not the standard you would expect from such a nice hotel. Enjoy the hotel, but save your money and eat breakfast elsewhere.

The apartment was terrific for my family of 5, and we loved the sauna. The facilities, including the aqua park, were fantastic, and the breakfast was well worth the price.

The only drawback was the service. Everyone was nice enough, but they did not have the staff, and lacked any efficiencies, to manage the number of people without a lot of long waits that took away from the vacation. This included the front desk, restaurants, and areas by the aqua park. One additional issue is that, although the beds are comfy enough, there was only 1 very small pillow per person.

The place looks like in the pictures. It was spacious, fairly well equipped, and comfortable. Wifi worked very well and buses run more or less frequently.

The listing on Booking.com doesn't really make clear that you have to do some cleaning (sheets and trash) before leaving. Not a huge deal, but sometimes when deciding between a hotel or an Airbnb, that can be a factor in people's decisions. Listing also shows many pools, but doesn't specify that they're part of the "water park" so basically you don't have access unless you pay extra. TV did not have access to streaming services. Extra towels would have been appreciated since there's a Waterpark.

We really appreciated the cleanliness and how well-equipped the apartment was. Everything we needed was there, and it felt very comfortable and homey. We also really enjoyed the spa area – it was clean, well-organized, and especially great for children.

The changing rooms could use a bit of updating. Some lockers were broken, and the space felt a little worn compared to the rest of the facilities.

The comfort (size, bed, lights) of the 2-bedroom apartment was nice. In the neighbourhood we could walk around by the river.

The breakfast place was very crowded, selection is so-so. The view was to the parking lot, at least it wasn't noisy. The balcony wasn't cleaned, we could have used it more.

The villa was clean, fully equipped and comfortable. The Villa doesn't have cooling, so we asked for 2 fans and the staff had them already ready in the room.

The bedrooms had no blackout curtains. In the summer, it was very hard to sleep. No free parking for hotel guests.

Parking fee was a suprise. One would expect a spa hotel to have free parking. Arrangement to get into the spa from staying in the apartments was a bit strange i.e. walk through the spa and shower rooms with full clothing instead of direct access to locker rooms!

The waterpark was great for kids to play in during a hot summer time. The apartment was clean and tidy.

The bedrooms are a bit small and it was not possible to lock the door to the shower and sauna room. Room without AC can be a bit hot during summer days.

It’s an expensive apartment to book for a week and we were disappointed that the swimming for kids and play area was not included in the cost! O’Leary’s sports bar was really good but the opening times were poor.

Spacious apartment with open balcony. Rooms were furnished and clean. Washroom was good. Kitchen was well equipped with all necessary amenities. Staff behavior was good.
