The bathroom shower head, the shampoo and hand lotion.unfoutuneatly, when we arrived and went to room, it was a distaser, hadent been cleaned..poop on bathroom floor,,,,,it was late, we were tired, put our bags in car, I felt so sorry for desk staff, told them it wasn’t their fault ! Went out for a delicious dinner and when we came back, the pool and jacuzzi were closed. That was the main reason I picked your establishment. It was art week town was hustling.

Very well located close to the interstate, and the rooms are not really noisy at all. The hotel is in need of a deep clean/ freshen up, but as for the bedding and bathroom, it was clean. The breakfast is not much to write about… the usual muffins, yogurt, eggs, bacon, all served on polystyrene???

Can we do away with the polystyrene and do paper? It’s the end of April, how about taking down the Christmas decorations?

Location is pretty central in Charleston WV. Breakfast was the classic hotel breakfast, so it met my expectations. The room was clean and tidy, which I greatly appreciated after a long drive. I only had to stay one night to rest on my way to Richmond, so my expectations could be different from the typical guest here. However, for what I needed the hotel met all my expectations.

It was slightly pricy in my opinion but the service was good enough to make me feel like I did not waste money staying here. I guess the room lighting could have been slighly better, as the room felt a bit dark with the lighting that was already there.

The staff were super friendly. Breakfast bar had a lot of choices. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Fair amount of trash around the hotel with homeless people walking around. Didn’t feel entirely safe. Not many restaurants in walking distance. But did have a few pizza places that delivered.

Very friendly staff and nice size room. My wife uses a wheelchair and even though I didn't book an accessible room, they offered us to compare the two, which was very nice of them. We kept our original room and it still worked great with the wheelchair. Overall quite, considering pets are allowed, but that's really based on the other guests staying in the hotel while you're there. True. (Our co-guests we're very respectful of others) Fresh Coffee Bar All Day!! We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I are used to having a "Do Not Disturb Sign" we can hang outside in case we didn't want the room cleaned, here, you have to request having your room cleaned. It's just different. Our room didn't have a frig or microwave, but I believe that was just a temporary thing.

Good breakfast. Location worked for our needs. The room was comfortable and we liked the table/desk on wheels that could be used in different ways.

Would have preferred a little closer to the center of the city.

A huge shout-out to Nevaeh and Nicole for their help in checking in early. They went above and beyond to get us into our room early.

Pool was dirty

Staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions for places to eat. Checking in/out was smooth. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice assotment for hot and cold breakfast foods. We also enjoyed the pool. Location was within walking distance to restaurants and the Capitol.

The ice machine on our floor was not working.

Great location. Close to the civic center- walking distance. Very friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was subpar. Oatmeal was cold, eggs were burnt, and the waffle maker did not work.
