The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to assist me when I forgot something in my room, organizing its delivery back to me. The room was clean, quiet at night, and the location was perfect, with the beach, restaurants, and shops within walking distance.

The position,close to the old town and if you pay a little extra for the front rooms that over look the marina even better.

Everything from the location, the Staff who were very attentive. The cleanness of the hotel even the pool on top roof was perfect for cooling down. Thanks again to Isobel for the layout in our room upon arrival and to Rita for everything you both did for us.

Breakfast was good with a lot of choices but somedays it’s either sausage or bacon would be ideal if it was both!! The room is small so there’s no need for that table that marks down the room numbers it’s so in the way of the buffet especially when it’s busy! That should be moved outside of the room. With a buffet items tend to run out very quickly. We found the weekday staff completely on the ball and efficient compared to the weekend staff!!

The room was beautifully furnished and very clean. Not uncommon for Europe, also fairly compact and there was only one occasional chair, so one of us had to sit on the bed. Our room faced the bus station, so while the view wasn't noteworthy, our room was quiet. Very modern amenities, and a beautiful rooftop terrace that faces the marina. The bathroom has a huge soaking tub, heavenly after a long day of walking. Very friendly, helpful staff. The location great in that it faces the marina, but the beach is a 15-20 minute walk, just something to keep in mind depending on what one is bringing/if you have children.

The hotel is very secure because ones room card is necessary to open the elevator door in addition to the room. But it also must remain in the slot by the door to keep everything electrical in the room running. Great for conservation, but not for climate control, as the a/c (or heat) goes off when the card is removed. Our room was quite warm when we returned to it the first day and it took a while to get comfortable again. Because there were two of us, we subsequently left one key card in the slot when we left so the a/c would remain on. The hotel offers breakfast, but at 12.50 euro per person per day, we opted not to take advantage. A bit pricey. In fairness, I don't know what was offered, so it might have been incredible, but we aren't huge breakfast eaters so it was an easy decision.

Superb hotel. Modern spacious room good comfortable bed, bedding and pillows I slept better than in my own. So quiet never heard a sound. Good quality curtains keep room dark for sleep quality.Spotlessly clean throughout housekeeping do a fantastic job. Excellent bathroom powerful shower always plenty of hot water. Towels changed daily fresh and soft. Good quality toiletries. Fridge, coffee making machine and kettle. Loads of sockets nicely placed mirrors, good lighting, hair dryer. Free safe.Excellent free WiFi.Recommend paying extra for marina view, lovely balcony. Small rooftop pool comfy sunloungers.I had pool to myself all week. Loved the sun terrace ideal for chilling with a book as shade available with super comfy furniture. Perfect location on marina with restaurants and bars,10 minutes walk to old town,10 mins to large supermarket. Next door to bus station and 5 mins from train station. Reception staff are wonderful gave good recommendations for dining nothing was too much trouble. I did not take breakfast or use the hotel bar. I would return in a heartbeat!

I loved absolutely everything could not fault anything

They provide all the extras. Coffee maker, coffee pods, kettle, fridge, corkscrew as well as toiletry items. Easy walk to old town. Easy parking in lot next door for 3 euro a day in the off season. Good insulation so quiet at night once the windows are closed

Difficult to adequately control the room temperature, complicated system. Has a nice balcony but the street noise makes it somewhat unpleasant to sit out and there was also a sewage smell at certain times.

Fantastic location overlooking the marina. Very walkable to everywhere in Lagos which we enjoyed. Staff were friendly and were able to accommodate an early check in when we arrived as well as an early breakfast the day we checked out. Rooms were comfortable and the balcony was fantastic, and it was equipped with a clothes drying rack which was great. Laundry and grocery store within a 5 minute walk.

Bathroom was showing wear and tear (small bits of mold on the tiles and roof) - might need a really good scrub. Quite expensive to stay, although that may just be Lagos prices in the summer.

The property location is excellent. Five minutes easy sidewalk from train station, next to bus station and directly across from marina for tours. Little bit longer to the center but center properties don’t have a heated roof top view and location benefits. Also good to have a little walk after a meal anyways. Workers were all very pleasant with warm smiles. Decent breakfast, not fabulous but good and nice clean sunny breakfast room.

I liked my room because I spent the extra for a Marina view because I had a week stay. The other side of hotel is bus station. If you need savings book bus side but if not get the Marina rooms with the nice balcony. Marina side is only little bit more and definitely worth it.

Excellent location. Close to everything important. Parking 🅿️ was easy too! Staff were friendly, most especially Rita. Always ready to help with her beautiful smile and genuine interest in our day to day adventures. We will definitely return and stay here.

Just a couple of things. The TV 📺 options were definitely lacking. Mostly German and Portuguese channels, only 2 English. It was not a Smart TV so we were unable to use any streaming options. We even brought our own Google Chromecast but couldn’t use it. The other was there was no water refill station in the lobby. This would be an easy thing to setup for guests. This is a beautiful walkable city and staying hydrated is important.

The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable and had a beautiful vie of the marina. The greeting from the front desk was friendly and welcoming. I am forever grateful that housekeeping found my good camera in the room and caught me as I was checking out. The cameras is worth a lot, but the memory card held irreplaceable wonderful memories of my visit to the Algarve and other places in beautiful Portugal.
